Come stay right on the beach at Pelican Walk, located on Thomas Dr. just 2 miles from St. Andrew's State Park! Pelican Walk 509 is a PET FRIENDLY! BEACH Front 1 Bedroom Condo with an amazing Gulf view! 20 pound weight limit per dog.
All new coastal furniture added in the living area and dining area! New leather recliner, New sleeper sofa, and New dining table, and New Polywood balcony furniture! The BEST feature of 509 is watching the spectacular Gulf sunsets from your private oceanfront balcony and you can enjoy it with your furry friend!

Pelican Walk 509 has a king size bed in the bedroom and private bath with tub & shower. There is a NEW sleeper sofa (2024) in the living area and a FULL bathroom with shower in for guests. NEW 55" Smart TV's in living area. The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and an open concept dining & living providing wonderful water views from inside the condo.

Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 20 pounds or under. All dogs must be registered upon arrival and each will be issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve. *Pet fee is $150/per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is non-refundable. The dedicated pet area is a lovely green space next to the Tennis & Pickleball courts, with a park bench to sit on and a doggie waste bag station.

Pelican Walk is close to restaurants, shopping, family fun, and so much more! Guests at Pelican Walk have access to a number of resort amenities, including two swimming pools (one is heated seasonally), hot tub, gas & charcoal grills, courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, and tennis.

Another wonderful Pelican walk stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pelican Walk is the best pet friendly place to stay about anywhere! We have stayed in various units and all have been nice. The location for sunset viewing is perfect in this unit. Having looked at in past the new living room furniture is a nice upgrade. Overall it could still use some sprucing up but overall worked well for a weeks stay. A new bed would be an excellent improvement. And a spatter guard for the microwave, plus some nonbreakable glassware would be greatly appreciated. Overall we would rent this unit again as were sunset lovers. Plus ease of location to elevator and out to the dog area was easier on our aging girl.Pelican walk itself is outstanding, the pools were great used both the heated and unheated, grounds are always well kept and staff are great.

If possible I would love to know the brand of sofa in the living room?!? The management on site was not as assertive or helpful as they should have been. The one working elevator was down and even though they had just called us about checking in, they didn’t mention this. I was traveling with my age mother who is on a walker. She had to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours because the management kept saying it would be fixed any minute. I called ahead of time to ensure the elevator was working due to multiple review complaints. They guaranteed a working (brand new) elevator. I should have been refunded the day at their request but again it was poor management.

I expect something better for what we paid. Also we could hear all the kids playing and screaming in the pool right under our balcony. Even though we were on the fifth floor. If you don’t care about a TV it was fine and we were happy that we could bring our dog.

Just an exercise room away from perfect

There are a few issues like the elevator door sticking on the fifth floor that can't seem to be figured out and not having a fitness room when they have a racquetball court that goes totally unused that could be ideal for a fitness room. But the rooms are nice, the views are great and the tenants are very friendly. The price is reasonable.
