Million Dollar View! Pelican Walk 1008 offers one of the BEST Sunset Views at Pelican Walk and comes with FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service March through October ($50/per day value)! This is a beautifully remodeled 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath corner unit condo with lovely coastal furnishings and décor! Wake up to spectacular views of the emerald blue green Gulf waters from the master bedroom and enjoy colorful sunsets from the large private wrap-around balcony!

The condo is perfect for a family BEACH trip, sleeping up to 8 guest in beds! The beautifully decorated living area has a large sectional sofa. The dining room has dining for six plus three bar stools at the breakfast counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There are two generous sized bedrooms with adjoining baths, each having a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bunk bed. *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV. The condo also features a full size washer and dryer. As a THANK YOU for booking Pelican Walk 1008, you will receive FREE Beach Chair Umbrella service seasonally March through October (Beach Service includes 2 loungers and umbrella)! Also, available is a Childs highchair, stroller, and baby bath tub in the condo. Enjoy FREE Wifi and FREE Parking!

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusements park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk can enjoy numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools (west pool heated October - May), hot tub, sauna, tennis & pickleball courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more! Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Condo is convenient to gas station and beach store...directly across the street. Appreciate that the chairs and umbrellas were really close to the water. We would stay in this room again for sure! Sliding doors on the balcony could be updated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: place was roomy and had great views. we had a few issues - no ice maker & some sort of water leak around fridge. Kitchen had lots of cookware but the non stick cookware could use an upgrade for sure! The beds were hard, but get you can't please everyone w/ mattress selections! also, I forgot to notify management that the bunk beds are not really secure/safe to have kids climbing up the ladder - both ladder and beds were pretty wobbly! all this and i would for sure go back!

Reviewer Comments: Glass tables were dirty, not enough dishes and silverware in the unit, sloppily made beds with dust under the beds, also a men's slipper found under one bed and small cardboard boxes under another bed. Never experienced this lack of cleanliness before at Pelican Walk.
