NOUS SOMMES SUR LA PLAGE, PAS SUR LA RUE. Le Princess 804 est situé à Panama City Beach, en Floride, à l'extrémité est de la plage! Très calme et très familial!

Ce condo en bord de mer est situé au 8ème étage et est livré avec tous les couchers de soleil incroyables que vous pouvez gérer! Laissez-vous aller et profitez de ce que Mère Nature a à offrir! Le grand salon ouvert, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont tous récemment carrelés et ont des sièges pour tout le monde. N'oubliez pas, vous êtes directement sur la plage et à quelques pas de l'océan ou des piscines en bord de mer!

Ce condo spacieux peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen dans la 2e chambre et un lit queen dans la 3e chambre. N'oubliez pas le nouveau canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon qui pourra facilement accueillir 2 personnes de plus, et il y a maintenant un lit pliant double dans cette unité! Ce condo de Panama City Beach dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 "dans le salon ainsi que d'une chaise avec pouf pour ce moment de détente bien mérité! Ne vous inquiétez pas, il y a plus de téléviseurs, ainsi que de lecteurs DVD, dans les chambres pour que les enfants puissent profiter de leurs films! Chaque chambre a une salle de bain attenante, donc tout le monde aura beaucoup d'espace.

Regardez toute l'action dans la grande cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur les coins repas et salon. C'est une vie ouverte à son meilleur! Il y a une buanderie séparée avec un évier, une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et plus que suffisamment d'espace pour tous vos jouets de plage.

La vue sur le golfe est magnifique sur toute la façade de la copropriété. Vous aurez l'impression d'être au paradis dès que vous ouvrez les yeux et que vous pouvez voir les eaux vert émeraude, contre le ciel bleu bébé.

Pier Park a ouvert ses portes au cœur de Panama City Beach, de nombreux magasins et restaurants ont également ouvert. C'est un endroit fabuleux pour manger, faire du shopping, jouer ou se détendre, à seulement 7, 5 miles de mon condo. Passez les meilleures vacances de votre vie en séjournant dans le calme et le luxe de la princesse, mais à une courte distance pour vous rendre à Pier Park ou à St. Parc d'État d'Andrews. Tout est facile d'accès depuis Thomas Dr. pour que vous ratiez le trafic de pare-chocs à pare-chocs sur Front Beach Road.

Les Princess Condominiums ne comptent que 74 unités dans l'ensemble du complexe. Le stationnement n'est jamais un problème et des chaises sont toujours disponibles dans les trois piscines - une intérieure! Il y a trois ascenseurs et il n'y a jamais de longue attente. D'autres endroits ne peuvent se comparer à l'élégance et à la sérénité de la princesse et à l'extrémité est de la zone non encombrée de Thomas Drive. Votre famille sera submergée par la beauté et la tranquillité que seule la princesse peut offrir.

Ce condo est livré avec deux chaises de plage GRATUITES avec un parasol du 1er mars au 1er octobre.

Le PARKING est limité à 2 voitures du 1er mai à la fête du Travail de chaque année. Des voitures supplémentaires peuvent être autorisées pour 30 $. 00 par voiture. Les frais de stationnement supplémentaires ne sont pas inclus dans les devis sur VRBO.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for our large group of 11. It was our first time in the gulf and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed all of the amenities that the condo had to offer.

The perfect vacation!

Truly the *BEST* stay in PCB!

Everything about this listing was 100% correct! The unit was beautiful, super clean and had everything you could possibly need for a week in PCB. We have zero complaints. The property was beautiful and well maintained and our property managers were absolutely wonderful. Make sure to check your VIP envelope upon arrival so you don’t miss your free tickets for the Sea Screamer! Our family had a blast!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property managers communicated well and were great to work with. The condo was nice and clean. No long elevator waits and all elevators were working. The condo came with a beach chair rental which we appreciated. The beach was nice and we appreciate that it was marked off for the Princess guests only. It kept it quiet and not busy which was so nice! The enitre property was quiet, nice, and clean. We had a great week :)

Amazing view and location

The unit has a great location and the view is amazing. 3 rooms and 3 restroom a win win for our family. Great size for every single room. All clean when we arrived. The communication with Jen the manager, was great, very responsive. This unit has direct access to the beach and 3 pools!!! (One indoor) another win win! We will come back for sure 🙌

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. The view from the balcony was awesome. You could hear the waves and we spent many evenings enjoying the sunset. We had already left and my son forgot his favorite blanket. We went back and the cleaning crew was nice enough to let me in to get it. I really appreciated that! We would definitely book this condo again! -Heather

Best condo I have ever stayed in

I hate to give too good of a review on the off chance that it becomes too popular to book in the future, but this place was amazing! The property managers were super nice and very helpful, and answered my million questions with no complaints. I vacation a lot and this was the easiest vacation I have ever had because of them. The rooms and beds were super nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, even a keurig and a regular pot which was nice. Very nice views from the balcony and a pretty good sized one! The elevators were nice and fast, the game room was nice, and the other game options were nice too! I loved the location of this condo as it was on a quieter side of town with hardly any traffic and still plenty to do in the area. The only 2 negatives I could say, is for this particular unit, the washing machine was out of balance and would shake like crazy and was super loud, didn't effect our stay though. The other is the pool, I am not sure who maintains the pool at this complex, but there was something in the water that made all of the girl's hair an absolute mess, made it seem almost bleached, and brittle and straw=like. Still haven't got it back to normal after a few treatments. But that is unrelated to this particular unit, and I loved everything about this place otherwise!

Perfect for families!

This was our first trip to Panama City and we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. This Condo is absolutely beautiful and clean! It’s perfect for families and even has extra cots for larger parties. The owners/ hosts kept in contact in the event that we needed anything. Will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Panama City Beach! Thank you!

Very nice - more than expected.

From booking, to check in until check out, it was more than expected. Very clean condo right on the beach. On the quiet end of PCB so not a lot of traffic or noise. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed the view of the gulf and the big balcony.

Beautiful Condo, Great Stay

Recently spent a week at this condo for a family vacation. We had plenty of room for 5 kids and 6 adults. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beach at this complex is perfect for kids. There is an extended shallow area and the water was fantastic while we were there. We did actually cook several dinners in the condo. The kitchen was supplied with all the pots and pans we needed. The dishes and glass wear are very nice. The complex has 3 pools, one is an inside pool. Three elevators and plenty of carts made checking in and out easier than any place we have been before. Jennifer and Donna were super nice and easy to work with. Any issue or question we had we taken care of immediately. The condo owners provide complementary chairs on the beach and that’s a great perk! We also had packet of coupons for pizza, the Screamer and Mini golf. Just the screamer tickets saved me 52 dollars. I really appreciate that. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.
