This beautiful newly remodeled home in south Broken Arrow has a peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to relax and gather with friends and family. With an updated kitchen with new appliances, guests can feel at home while making homecooked meals. The three bedrooms are newly decorated and include comfy beds and nice linens. The large living room and smart tv provide a relaxing atmosphere to watch tv or the latest game.

Beautiful little house. It was perfect for our 1 night stay as we weee flying out of TUL at 6am the next day. Constant communication and ensuring we were good.

Heavy rain night of arrival. Rain poured over as we walked up to door. Unsafe walkway especially in the dark. There were pits and pans but no cooking utensils.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the home, especially with a newly crawling 10 month old! The beds were all very comfortable and linens were clean. The bathrooms were well stocked with basics. The only feedback I have was I wish there was a regular login for the home itself for Netflix or Hulu so you wouldn’t have to mess with setting up your own logins. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! We felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed. Owners were quick to respond. They even came out during our stay to fix something minor. We let them know it could have waited until we checked out, but they didn’t want anything to ruin our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a wedding. We had a lock mishap where we had no access to the back yard and they were on it. Very appreciative of that. This place is in a quiet neighborhood and local to basic stores (I wasn't here for shopping) Kitchen and bathrooms had your basic supplies and master bedroom was comfortable. We didnt utilized the other two bedrooms. There was the master toilet that was running constantly and it made the whole house sound like it was haunted. If you showered and the toilet went off, expect to be scalded. Garbage disposal isnt working and the back yard needs some SERIOUS work. My poor 25 lbs baby got lost among the weeds and chaos. Just some tender loving care and fence work.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and just like last year it was perfect. The house was clean and just what we needed while we visited family in the area. We will stay here again.

I stayed at this location with my sister and husband. The home is nicely decorated and the rooms are a nice size. The house had what we needed and the location was convenient with stores and restaurants near by. Jennifer was great and I would stay here again.

Jennifer was a great host, communicated instructions and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was neat and cozy, everything that we needed we had. Location as great for us as it was a few miles from family we were visiting and plenty of shops/groceries close by. We would consider this place to stay again when visiting OK.

Overall beautiful property, bigger than pictured and very clean. Downsides were the lock system did not work, while leaving the house we had to take valuable items with us and leave it unlocked. It did get fixed after 24 hours of being at the property. The backyard is pretty unkept if you are looking at spending time outside this would not be a great choice. No instructions were provided until midnight on the day of checkout for expectations of checking out/cleaning. The toilet in the master was running every 30/45 seconds, I did inform property manager and told her we were not bothered by it as there is a door that separates the bedroom and bathroom.Overall a good location and very clean however due to the slow communication and minimal backyard use I would most likely choose another property.

The inside was wonderful! Clean and cozy. Well equipped and perfect for visiting with family. The back yard was not dog-friendly as advertised, but that being said, when I contacted the host regarding the holes in the fence, she was immediately was on it! She had people come out and board up the fence and make the fence safe for my dogs. I was quite impressed!

Quaint bungalow

Budget friendly stay in Broken Arrow. The beds were comfy and the towels were very soft! I felt like I had enough towels. The tubs and kitchen sink were clean! Appreciated the fans also.I will say The windows were unlocked when we got there, I’m not sure the bathrooms have been mopped in a while, and the backyard was not able to be used. Killed a few spiders of different varieties; personally spiders don’t freak me out but some people it may. The layout of the step down living room is not great for my elderly in-laws. All in all, great stay! Quiet neighborhood. Hard to get a hotel room for 121 per night so I felt a 3 bedroom home was a decent deal! This is about 20 min from most everything so a good location also. The owner was super nice! They also did not give a whole crazy check out list like many vrbo hosts which I appreciated.

This home was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and grocery. Neighborhood is quiet. If we return to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Affordable w/ All The Comforts of Home

Jennifer was a delightful and wonderful hostess! The property was very clean, staged/devorated with a lot of TLC, stocked with games, and all the linens you could possibly need ( and then some!!). The sunken living room was very spacious and inviting and had plenty of room for noir family of six to sit comfortably! Also very afforadable, for a tiny fee we were able to check in four hours early! It was truly a delight communicating with Jennifer. She was kind and easy to talk to, and she always answered promptly! Not only would I recommend staying there if in the Broken Arrow area, but I, myself, will definitely be staying there, if in need of a place while in BA!
