The Space:
Walk-in greeted by the open living space, two deep couches you'll never want to get off, a large dining table with tufted seats meant for a king, and a chef's kitchen boasting plenty of countertop space to prepare a gourmet meal.

You will walk in and immediately notice the feeling of "home", especially in the comfort and care placed into every aspect of the house. This carries through from the first floor to the lower level. Here we have a bedroom, full bathroom, and workout area including a stationary bike, weight rack, and workout mat. No need to try to do with a gym contract or pass elsewhere.

Upstairs, find another two bedrooms. One features an ultra thick plush mattress to rest on, a workspace, and natural light pouring in from all angles. The hall bath is only steps away.

The master suite also features an ultra thick plush mattress to nestle into. The suite has its own bathroom with dual vanity and large rain style shower. Just make sure you decide who gets this lux room before you arrive so there's no fighting over the suite when you see it!

I know I know, it's the gorgeous rooftop that caught your eye. You will probably spend your mornings out here sipping coffee, reading or in the evenings entertaining colleagues. You'll have a picture perfect view of the Philly skyline!

The Neighborhood:
Just a stone's throw from some of the hottest spots in South Philly. Nearby to newly opened Dock Street Brewery on Washington Ave, Chick's, and the American Sardine Bar. While all this is a short walk, the block itself is relatively quiet and has a cute café/coffeeshop by the name of Two Eagles Café.

Grocery is just a couple minute drive with plenty of parking.

Getting Around:
Philadelphia is walking and biking friendly (bikes can be rented nearby for $4 and returned near your destination most likely- Indego). There are several bus routes that run through this neighborhood with stops only a few blocks from the house. Uber is the easiest and cheapest option typically for rides within Philadelphia.
