And while listening to some great music, also take advantage of a beautiful new kitchen that you can prepare your favorite foods and desserts in! This 3Bd/3Ba stay is elegantly decorated to make you feel like it is your home away from home! *There are no large parties or smoking in this property. The smoking fee is $250 and if there is more than 14 people in the house at one time/ playing loud music then I will ask everyone to leave.

Stayed in Philadelphia to visit family downtown and zoo a short uber away, plenty of room and bathrooms for my 2daughters,nephew and sister as well as games on hand and smart tvs on every floor for kids, washer and dryer were convenient and any emergency needs were met promptly first plans I'll look up next time i visit

Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again

A birthday celebration for my grandson

First, this property was perfect for this celebration. My grandson celebrated with his best friends who have been together since childhood. The property offered all necessities and was clean, well appointed and stylish! I would reserve this property again!

Excellent rental

The owner was amazing and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was a bit jarring when I first pulled up but that turns out all of the neighbors were friendly and took a a lot of pride in their street. I would rent here again every time I come to Philly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.

Super Slumber Party

We we're thrilled to find that this house was as it was depicted in the pictures. It was very cozy and well kept. Having 3 bathrooms with teen girls was definitely a plus. The owner was very timely in his communication throughout our stay. The house was equipped with many essentials that you may need for your stay, including board games. We look forward to returning next time we need a home away from home.

Great townhouse!!

The property was well turned and supplied, check in was s breeze, Ferg responded quickly to any inquiry and we had no problems in the house! Place was clean and well ordered when we arrived and the info we needed was really available. Convenient to downtown and several attractions. Parking was the only real concern, but that worked out as well!!

This property was stunning. As soon as I opened the door, it smelled amazing. Everything was very clean and it was decorated lovely. Every detail is luxurious. The property owner was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. I would book this stay again and again.

Very close to everything

The property is very well maintained and owner is very responsive and friendly. The location to all we wanted to do was perfect. The parking is not ideal but it’s a downtown location and it is what it is. The front door lock is very tricky to lock when you leave so just make sure you triple check it. We give it a thumbs up for our visit.

Perfect urban aesthetic to fully immerse yourself in the authentic Philadelphia culture. It’s a safe, community-based environment. The home was extremely clean, and the sheets smelled of fresh linen. The host was very communicative and easy to reach. I would highly recommend it for an at-home feel. Street parking is plentiful and available.

Listing incredibly deceiving

Neighborhood not safe. No hot water. Unable to reach the host for 6 hours. Had to move out and find another place to stay. Very disappointed and cost us dearly to find other accommodations.

Great House

The house was great, clean and just like the booking described. Couple of things to considered are the roads are small and only has on street parking, so you better be great at parallel parking. Also if you plan on cooking there, make sure you bring everything you'd need including basic condiments and perhaps a non stick cooking pan. Besides that there was no issues with the neighborhood being too loud.
