Three Little Birds River House is a great space to kick back and enjoy the breathtaking sights and scenes of the Mighty Mississippi. The wildlife is plentiful with bald eagles, deer, ducks, swans, and you guessed it, fish! The home has two bedrooms and rollaway beds available. Located near many popular destinations throughout the Quad Cities; just 3.5 Miles from TBK Sports Complex, 5 miles from downtown Leclaire, and 9 Miles from Downtown Davenport. Equipped with a large game room, bar, arcade games, darts, foosball, and much more! Round up the family for a vacation or staycation they will not forget! This property was designed for families and friends to enjoy each other's company. Four-legged friends are welcome as long as they can respect the space (Standard Pet-Fee applies).Three Little Birds is here to ensure you make memorable moments with your family and friends. ~ “Every Little Things Gonna Be Alright.”

Great house for watching eagles on the river. Fantastic casual game room with lots to do. A lot of stairs, making it a challenge for elderly or small children. The house was well stocked. Very pet friendly.

Watching the barges and other boats was enjoyable.We also saw canadian geese and pelicans.The rooms were clean and well equiped. We spent most of our time outside. Perfect Weekend Getaway

Cute, on the water, has everything you need. Game room was fun and a great place to hang out with family or friends. Supplies an XXL indoor dog kennel for our pup as well as cleaned food and water bowls. Very family friendly area.

The house itself was very nice but the outside needs some TLC. The listing shows 2 bathrooms but in truth there is one full bath and a toilet with utility sink in the basement/game room area. The views were beautiful but sitting outside was not of interest

Perfect get-away for a long weekend

We spent 90% of our time here on the shore of the Mississippi (aka the backyard) relaxing, fishing, watching the wildlife and the ships go by. This was a perfect long weekend get-away.

Great stay on the river

We enjoyed our family getaway and were very comfortable during our stay. It was a lot of fun to watch the river roll by and have bald eagles for neighbors! The electronic pinball was a lot of fun. Many thanks.

Fall getaway

My sisters and i thouroghly enjoyed your home. The firepit on the rivers edge was our favorite thing, so pretty at night. Beds are comfortable as well as all the furnishings, just couldnt ask for a better place in this area to stay, thank you !

Beautiful River House

We so enjoyed staying here. A little nook of heaven right along the river. Hosts were amazing, very clean. The fire pit was the hook for us staying there and it was an amazing time sitting around the fire with a group of eagles playing along the river bank. Stay here!

Peace and quiet in a comfy cottage

What a nice rental. Easy communication with the owners. Cottage had everything we needed AND video/pinball games. Perfect distraction during some very wet weather. When it wasn’t raining we took advantage of the Quad Cities and some of what they have to offer. Would return to Pleasant Valley and stay here again.

Went for a baseball, loved the relaxation

We were in town for the Bettendorf baseball tournament. These accommodations were perfect for us to be at the field during the day and relax at night. It made our getaway like a little vacation oasis. Thank you, if ever nearby again, would definitely stay again.

Great Spot!

Needed lodging for wedding shower with out of town friends was a great spot. A bit out of town, but still close enough. Very spacious and clean and a nice basement to hang out and play games. The beds were not the best but not the end of the world.

This property is a beautiful breath of fresh air. You can sit in the living room and watch the bald eagles' fish during the winter, or in the summer, enjoy some fishing of your own. The game room is one of the amenities setting the home apart from other local stays. If you are looking for a family get away, where you can relax, enjoy the outdoors and each other’s company, this property doesn’t disappoint. We are short drive to many the local hot spots, such as Vibrant Arena, Iron Tee Golf and Green Tree Brewery.
