GoldenEye- Beach Villa With Dock

Welcome to GoldenEye Villa, a breath-taking beach property! It is carefully placed 'smack bang' on 3 acres on the beach and features a new dock across the street on the canal side which can accommodate up to a 65 ft boat. This home has the option to include a "1 room ensuite" for a fee (for a total of 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms). A-list celebs have stayed here!

Directly opposite, Palm Villa, our 3 bed 2 bath house which is directly on the canal with a 60ft dock. This may be available for rental for a fee in conjunction with GoldenEye to sleep up to 16. Please inquire about doing so. There is also a $100/night/boat utility fee if you choose to use the dock.

Private chef, masseuse, butler, and chauffeur available for an additional fee upon request.

Fishing Trip

Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us.

Stunning View

This property was very nice! Lots of room for our family of 8. Quiet location with a stunning view! We were unable to use one of the showers due to not being able to adjust the water temperature. It was only HOT!

Awesome stay!

Wow! Our visit at Golden Eye was simply amazing. Your own slice of paradise. The house was impeccable and the pool and beach were incredible. They have thought of everything. The beach in front of the house was easily accessible and we swam and snorkeled everyday. The view was so nice that we chose to eat in most of the time. We also had a nice dinner at Flying Fish. We took a great snorkeling and stingray excursion with Captain Matt. We used Lyndon and Hayward for transportation to and from the airport and they were kind enough to make a grocery stop. We had a great family visit that we won’t soon forget.

Perfect for a family gathering

We stayed at GoldenEye for our family Thanksgiving gathering this year, and it was so perfect, we immediately recommended it to other friends who were looking for a similar family event. We had 4 couples ranging in age from early 30s to mid 70s and 4 year old stay there and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space while we celebrated together. The house and location are beautiful, exactly as described. The pool and beachfront location were perfect. Excellent recommendations from Jenna and her team for places to eat in the area etc. We had Chef Harold come to the house one night and he and his wife were WONDERFUL. Also hired the masseurs and they were also excellent. Jenna and the housekeeper Shekera were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. Really could not recommend this place highly enough. It was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back.

Amazing place with breathtaking views

The pictures online did not do justice to the stunning views and luxurious amenities this house offers. The private beach was just a few steps away, and we were able to enjoy the crystal-clear waters every day of our stay. There are a few rocks on the beach so just have to be careful when walking in the water. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The property manager Jenna and the housekeeper Shekera were also very helpful and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in paradise. We were a group of 9 and decided not to rent a car. Luckily, our driver Lynden was incredibly helpful. He took us to various places and also did transportation to and from the airport. Definitely recommend the Fish Fry, Banana Bay, The Palette (within walking distance with great food), Stoned Crab, Pisces Pizza, and Paradise Cove. Definitely recommend trying conch salad (Lynden took us to an amazing stand near the grocery store with freshly made conch salad).

Amazing place, amazing views!

This property is beautiful! My husband and I stayed with our 4 grown children and our 12 year old for 11 days. The property does not disappoint in amenities or view. There were a few hiccups during our stay, the refrigerator wasn’t staying cold on our first night so we were able to use a second fridge on the property until they arrived with a new refrigerator later that day. We lost power for a few hours during a rare winter tropical storm, but the generator did kick on eventually. The semi private beach has amazing finds during low tide and great snorkeling. There is a causeway that is not really used anymore at the end of the beach which also offered plenty of snorkeling without many waves. The sound system in the home was simple to hook to Bluetooth and provided a great feature while sitting on the back porch or inside. Jenna was quick to answer if an issue or question arose and took care of all of our needs and more. The owners have a kegerator on site with local Sands beer on draft for a nominal fee which was a pleasant surprise! They also offered several wines there to purchase if needed. This was a great trip and I hope to visit this beautiful property again one day.

Golden Vacay!!!

GoldenEye is a stunning property! We rented all three houses: beach house, annex, and canal house for my daughter's 11th Bday. The beach house is beautiful! The pool and view are golden! Just beautiful! We will definitely be going back! Michelle is amazing at getting back with you on everything. Definitely recommend using her housekeeper for delivery of all necessities and staple groceries!! House has every cooking utensil, airfryer, toaster etc... FIVE STAR *****

Exactly Like the Pictures

The kitchen was well-equipped and expansive. The bedrooms had space to unpack and good mattresses. The bathrooms were modern with good lighting. Freeport took a direct hit from a hurricane in 2019, and was just starting to recover, when the Covid-19 pandemic shut things down again. But the government's response to the pandemic has been both serious and successful. The island is opening up again and is welcoming and safe. We were able to rent this house about six months in advance. I think it will require much more lead time in the future.

Great rental with views, and privacy. If you want to relax and lounge without a care in the world, this is your spot. House was clean and equipped with all we needed for a great vacation. RELAX, CHILL, EAT, SLEEP, REPEAT!!

This was the most relaxing vacation i have had ever! This property was soooooo Amazing!! This was the first time i did not leave the property after going to get drinks and food. The property has everything you need. We relaxed in pool, played in the warm ocean water, walked the beach grilled on the grill and did it all over again! The location was perfect. having your own private pool was so stress free (no children to compete with). The view was amazing and the house is spectacular. Clearly a vacation location because the details of the home were accommodating to moving in and out of the pool, the special lighting around the rooms and the spacious kitchen for cooking for a group were all perfect. Any and all questions were answered directly and timely and locals and visitors were all extremely friendly. I can not say enough amazing thins about this property. We can't wait to return.

For all of us, this was our first trip to Grand Bahama Island. We wanted a quiet, chill trip, with good food and great accommodations. We got all of this and more. Michelle's property was, and is, incredible. From her directions on how to get there and access the property, to the way the property is maintained and cleaned for your arrival....all incredible. The property, inside and out is just stunningly beautiful, THE Classy Beach Property. It is also quiet and relatively private. I can't say enough about the whole experience we had here. One thing for sure though; we will definitely be repeating.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

I can't say enough about this property! This property has everything you could possibly need or want. A seemingly private beach, a wonderful wading pool, sliding doors across the front of the house facilitating a wonderful ocean breeze and filling the entire house with the music of the ocean The House....well, all I can say is it is beyond gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice! And the beds are so comfortable! I could go on and on, but the bottom line is.."THIS PLACE IS FIRST CLASS!" A stereo system ready to pair with any Bluetooth device. The house and pool area will fill with your favorite music. The host was even nice enough to leave a cooler for our use right next to the pool. The location for those not familiar with the Freeport area is convenient to everything you need. It's a straight shot south of the airport. Great restaurants and grocery stores are just a couple of minutes away. Our Host Michelle was so accommodating and pleasant. Everything was just a breeze. Book early friends! This is a jewel that will soon be sold out once it's discovered. I'm about to book my next visit!
