Here are some important things to note before booking your stay at Audrey's Place:



The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.



While the backyard is fully fenced, please keep an eye on children and pets, as there may be desert wildlife in the area.



Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the designated smoking area.



The home has a septic system, so please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.



The hot tub is available for use with a brand new cover for better heating!
