Myself and my significant other stayed here and really enjoyed the unit! It was clean, spacious, had everything needed in the kitchen (even though we didn't cook there) and a huge balcony with views of Grand Anse. Its not a far distance from Grand Anse beach or the Harbor, but it is very hilly and winding roads so its a long walk. We love to walk, and only walked one day and decided to use taxis after that.The water pressure wasn't great on hot water, but talking to some locals we discovered this is not a unit specific issue. This seems to plague certain areas of the island that are in the hills, so even some of the higher end hotels face it as well. This is a great value for those looking to stay close to everything! The check in process was quick and easy as well. Would stay here again

Absolutely Fabulous Stay with Miraculous View

We adored our stay in Grenada at Gabriela's unit. The view from our (huge) balcony was just fabulous and we soaked it in whenever we weren't at the stunning Grande Anse or Morne Rouge beaches just close-by. Really the best location on Grenada. Great beds, a very spacious and comfortable unit with fabulous kitchen facilities. This is the perfect spot to stay when exploring this jewel of an island. Thank you again! We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful Apartment

Large rooms for Grenada. Fantastic view of the sea. A bit of a walk to the beach but it's all downhill. Grab a taxi heading back unless you are in really good shape.

Loved our stay!

The view is even more amazing in person! The apartment was very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was nicely equipped, even details like the electric water kettle, perfect for our tea! The walk to the beach was part of our adventure, hilly, but chatted with the locals and wonderful exercise! The balcony was wonderful too!

A true "Home Away From Home"

This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful property in 12 months. We feel as though it is our second home in Grenada! Can't say anywhere else. Interacting with the staff members is always so enjoyable. It is nice seeing the same people on staff there. That speaks volumes for Gabby.

Amazing view!

Large apartement, huge balcony and a stunning view over Grand Anse. It would have been nice with two sun-beds though. A plug in the sink would have been preferred. It’s on top of a hill so you may want to take a taxi back from the beach. It’s a STEEP road! A nice bar 100 m away with a small convienient store. We had a lovely week!

We left this apartment after one hour there. The good reviews are not completely honest about this property. The photos make it look much nicer than it is in person. It definitely depends on your expectations and this is a very inexpensive option so it may be fine for some people, however, it was not to our liking. Starting with the good, the apartment has one of the most beautiful views I have seen in Grenada. However, the furnishings on the deck were one simple chair like a dining room chair that was old and broken and one small stool. There was nowhere to sit to relax or eat on the deck so the only way to enjoy it would be to stand on it.The drive to the apartment took us through some areas that were questionable if safe. And the neighborhood was not the best. When we use the code to pull into the gated parking area, another tenant had parked his car directly across making it impossible for us to move in. The landlord was immediately responsive and did follow through however, we ended up meeting the person whose car was and he was very hostile and I didn’t feel safe. Once we got into the apartment, the floors were very sticky and the furnishings were old. It is scantly furnished. My husband walked into the bathroom and there was urine on the seat. That was all it took for us to realize this was not for us. And of course we lost the entire cost of the rental bc it was non refundable.

Cleanliness and guest comfort are always top priorities for us, and I wish you had given us the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay so we could have resolved them right away. Instead you chose to leave immediately and removed that option from us. Many other guest have rated our cleanliness 10 out of 10. Regarding your comments, our listing photos and description accurately reflect the space and its amenities, and we consistently receive positive feedback from guests who enjoy both the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, and the gated parking is intended to enhance guest security — we regret that an isolated parking inconvenience affected your impression. You entered the property late in the evening and may have missed the folded chairs against the wall of the balcony. Grenada is a country with one of the lowest crime rates in the entire Caribbean. There is not a neighborhood in Grenada that is unsafe. I am going to go out on a limb and say that you judged the neighborhood and then property unfairly and because the reservation was nonrefundable, you had to write a negative review for vindication. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels. Next time you have an issue at a property allow the host Grace to address them.
