Modern Condo w/ Panoramic Views Walking Distance Between Grand Anse & BBC Beach

While there is no such thing as a bad location in paradise, nothing can beat our prime location on the island.

A quiet, luxurious condo nestled in the breezy mountains of Mourne Rogue, our home makes for the perfect home away from home. Enjoy updated amenities, scenic views of both BBC beach and the famous Grand Anse Beach (right from your living room and balcony) with easy access to both, (about a 10-minute walk to either), and an easy trek to bars, shopping, banks, restaurants and other activities.

The space:
Our space is a sea facing 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo equipped with a full, modern kitchen, a balcony to ‘lime’, designated workspace, reliable internet, TV, and in-room AC units. We also have free parking, a code protected main entrance and front door, and a receptionist on-hand if you were to ever need her for anything. Lastly, we are about a 10-minute drive to and from the airport- nice and easy!

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and provided more than what we expected. Air-conditioning units worked very well. Extra beach supplies and towels were provided. Communication and check-in was extremely easy. Only downfall was that the walk to both beaches was very hilly so Haylup was used often. We would definitely stay again. We loved our experience.

Situated over the nicest beach

You have the location and how close it was, with a car, too many other beaches restaurants in town. Great location for exploring the island.

Catappa Condos

This condo is one of the best appointed condos that we have stayed at using VRBO. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided. The furnishings are modern and in excellent condition. The owner is very responsive, there is a property manager onsite most days if you have any questions regarding the area or the property. The balcony offers stunning views.

Great stay in a top location with wonderful views

Our party of 3 stayed for just under a month at Nutmeg Nest and had a wonderful time. We love the location and the stunning views, it is close to the main supermarket and some good yoga spots and the beach is walking distance. We enjoyed being able to cook when we wanted to and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We appreciated that Zena was swift to respond to queries and was always clear and accommodating in her replies. She was also very flexible with our needs and the on-site consierge Hazel was also helpful. We felt right at home in general. A few items in the kitchen are showing signs of wear and the lighting could be improved but these are minor issues. . Hope to be back again soon Zena!

A Peaceful Retreat

From the start to the finish staying at Nutmeg Nest was both peaceful and picturesque. The condo was clean, charming and had everything you could want for your stay. The owner Zena was always accessible and responsive through VRBO. This condo was ideal for me and my family. We enjoyed the balcony view, the living room area for lounging and watching tv, the two full bathrooms and the two large bedrooms. The decor of the condo was exquisite. It was nice to have washer and dryer in the condo as well. The full kitchen was ideal for us to make meals, the proximity to beaches was nice and convenient except for having to climb the hills but it was always worth it. Grenada’s beaches are beautiful. Morne Rouge beach is an 8 minute walk down a steep hill (good exercise). There’s a bar and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. We had lunch there. Mount Cinnamon restaurant and Grand Anse beach is a little further of a walk but still manageable. One day we walked the beach from Mount Cinnamon to Radisson. The condo and neighborhood was safe
we entered codes to access the building and the condo unit. Most drivers knew how to find the condo and I was able to direct them if they didn’t. This condo is off the beaten path, at least 10-15 minutes to the Spiceland mall and other hotels like Coyoba, and Radisson. It’s about 20-25 minutes from St. George’s the town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you Zena for making our vacation both memorable and comfortable.
