Very nice cottage

This was a very nicely appointed snd outfitted cottage. Some properties say all you need is your toothbrush, but at this property that is true. The host is excellent and caters to your needs

Very Nice Home

This home is all it is advertised to be. The owner is very accomodating, reponsive and the house kitchen is as well equipped as any of the other places we have stayed over the years.

Fabulous Rental

Canyon Sands is a favourite place to stay in Palm Springs and this rental met all our requirements.Rich was a wonderful host and the condo was exceptionally clean and We had everything we needed for our 1 month’s stay.I would definitely rent this condo in the future if it was available.

Cozy condo

The condo had everything needed for my stay. Cute decor inside w cute patio to chill on. I was in Palm Springs for about 2 months to care for my mother who has cancer. Rich was super awesome as a host and condo was only a few mins walk from my mother.

Rest and Relax in Sunny Palm Springs

Thanks Rich for your hospitality and quick responses. The property was everything as advertised and a few nice surprises as well. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool areas, which were a nightly treat to relax and get ready for a great sleep. Close to amenities and short drive to airport and downtown Palm Springs. Thanks again

Rich’s pad is nice

Well appointed condo and a super responsive host. Great value for the accommodation in Palm Springs. Good location and walkable to Vons. The only negative is proximity to Gene Autry drive for light sleepers, as there is a bit of traffic noise. Didn’t bother us though. Thanks Rich.

Perfect Location for Everything to do in Palm Springs

I loved my 6 week stay here. Rich helped me with check-in and this was my first VRBO stay with an attached garage, and driving my rental car straight into my private garage and unloading groceries, luggage, packages, etc., directly to the condo was "the best." Amazon deliveries were great, with no issues. Mattresses were spot on for a great night's sleep. My only suggestion would be to invest in soundproof double-pane windows for the front bedroom that faces a main thoroughfare (Gene Autry Trail), especially if you like to sleep in late. Lots of ammenities, lush towels, shower gel, shampoo, and my favorite Folger's instant coffee. I would definitely stay here again...thanks for everything, Rich.

I have also spent some weeks at the large local timeshare resorts, enjoying the desert's wonderful weather and fantastic views and sunsets. In addition, I love to dine out in many of the Coachella Valley's great places to eat!

You will love this property for its light and bright living areas, such as the living/dining room and master bedroom, all with beautiful plantation shutters. The best part of the cottage is the privacy you will enjoy during your stay! You don't have to worry about neighbors seeing in your bedroom or living room during your visit, and you can leave the shutters open to the patio both day and night. The cottage is fully equipped for your stay with many of the appliances, cooking accessories being brand new.
