Ocean views, private beach access (that is 30 feet from the house), private heated pool with a cascading waterfall feature, hot tub, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, grill, pool table, foosball table, and the LOCATION! Not only is this brand new home steps away from the white sand beaches, it is also across the street from one of the many outlet malls, a short drive to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and the grocery store.

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this home. The home is extremely roomy and great for a large family. We had 20 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms! Having your own private pool is such a bonus. We also had plenty of parking which is such a plus. I highly recommend this home.

Plenty of room for multiple families. Convenient location to beach, shopping and dining. Overall great stay and experience here.

Family trip

The house was wonderful! Big enough for our entire family. Close to the beach and great pool. There was no golf cart which should have been mentioned. I tried hard to give 5 stars but the owner could not forsee that the A/C would break along with the dishwasher. They were fixed as soon as they could be but since it was over the weekend, we had to make do. The owner was very apologetic.

We love Coastal Charmer!

This is our third time staying at this property. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is the only way with large groups. We plan on booking again next year!

Family vacation fun

If your family is a large group , I highly suggest you staying here! It was absolutely perfect for us from the the beautiful home, private pool, and the beach right outside the fence. Finding this home helped make our vacation priceless❀

Do Not Stay Here

We frequently rent properties and unfortunately our stay at this property this month was our first negative experience. Despite several attempts to allow the owner/property manager to right the situation, they completely ghosted us. The following are the negatives we experienced leading us to hope this review helps another vacationer to avoid this type of experience which is unacceptable at this price: - plumbing issues that required an emergency plumber twice and rendered the entire water system useless including restrooms, laundry, showers, dishwashing, etc. for approximately 1/6th of our stay. This was a huge deal as we had to stay out of the house several hours each time as the restrooms could not be utilized. In addition, the second time this occurred, we stayed awake hours past intended in the middle of the night to wait for a plumber. This rendered the house useless to us 4 hours the first time and 8 the second, not including time spent cleaning sewage out of the showers where it backed up. -ac was not operational on one level upon arrival -house was not clean -grill was filthy and went on fire -safety issue with string lighting over the pool -hot tub did not work -beach chairs/toys rusted and inoperable -no starter supplies, not even soap or paper towels to wash hands The property manager completely cut off communication when at the end of the stay we expected something be done to right the situation. They further made untrue accusations toward us.
