For the security of all of our guests, we have two exterior cameras, one located in the front of the house facing the driveway and another in the backyard facing the back door which includes the hot tub.

Liability Waiver for Hot Tub and Amenities:
You understand that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the home (fire pit, barbeque, and gas fireplace, as examples). In particular, you understand that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 for personal safety. You understand that use of the hot tub and amenities is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in the use of the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub or amenities and hold owner harmless. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot tub or amenities. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
