Poseidon's Dream: Cozy Bayfront Cottage with Private Dock!

Summary:
Relax with the your family at this charming waterfront cottage on beautiful Little Gasparilla Island! This family-friendly bayfront cottage is recently renovated, charming and comfortable. It is located near the north end of the island. There are two bedrooms, each with its own TV. This home overlooks the bay and has a private dock for the ultimate in convenience! Unloading groceries and luggage is simple and uncomplex and you can fish right off your own private dock.

The Space:
There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower downstairs on the landing. (The outdoor shower is not enclosed.) The open plan living area has a comfortable seating area and flat screen TV, a large dining island and spacious kitchen with all new stainless appliances. Please note there is not a dishwasher. There is also a private open air porch on the west side of the house, which is accessed by the master bedroom. You’ll find a full size washer and dryer in the kitchen area. An open porch with comfortable seating on the front of the house overlooks the water so it is easy to keep an eye on your boat and enjoy the sights and sounds of the bay. You might spot a friendly manatee, a playful dolphin or rare white pelicans right off the home’s private dock.

The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. It also offers sliding glass doors to a spacious back porch for private sunbathing, reading, outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the sun.

The dock is just a few short steps away and is perfect for fishing or docking your rental boat. (Boats in excess of 24 ft are not recommended.) Little Gasparilla’s beautiful private beach is a five-minute walk.

Getting Around:
There is water taxi service to get you to the island. It runs every day between 8 and 5 pm. It will run outside these hours with a special reservation. On island, visitors either rent a golf cart to explore the island or just walk up and down the beach and the island's pathways.
