The Space:
Fish On! sits on the north canal at the south end of Little Gasparilla. There is a large private dock extending the length of the seawall -- 65 feet! -- with fish cleaning station, providing plenty of docking space for a small to medium-size fishing boat. If you are a fishing enthusiast, you can’t find a more convenient spot to dock your boat and easily access Placida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

The home offers a large screened porch overlooking the canal and the bay, perfect for viewing sunrise over Placida Bay. (Please note screened porch area has been recently modified slightly; new photos to follow shortly.)

A galley-style kitchen with all cooking tools and utensils makes cooking your beach meals simple and convenient. There is a dining area and large living area plus there are three bedrooms and two full baths.

Fish On! is just a few steps from Little Gasparilla’s private beach, There is deeded beach access down a sandy pathway. So whether you are a fishing family — or beach lovers — Fish On! offers the perfect spot for your LGI vacation.

The Neighborhood:
Little Gasparilla Island is a private barrier island accessible by boat only. Bring your own fishing boat and dock at our large dock OR take the convenient water taxi that departs daily from Eldred's Marina. (Average cost is $15 per person per trip but confirm with the taxi as prices increase for early morning or late evening.) departures

Getting Around:
There are no roads and no cars on Little Gasparilla Island. Golf cart rentals are sometimes available to explore other parts of the island (ask our Guest Services Manager when you book) but the beach is just a short walk and you can easily walk the length of the island.

Other Things to Note:
-WiFi - wi-fi included. Speeds adequate for web-browsing, emails, social media, but probably not for games or streaming.
-Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. The following breeds are NOT permitted: Akita, American Bull Dog, Beaucerons, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keeshounds, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios or Rottweilers.
-Cleaning Fee - minimum $325 cleaning fee
-Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo.
-Minimum Renter Age - 25
-Private Dock - directly in front of the house
-Satellite TV - yes

-Coffee maker - Drip (filters provided)
-Parking - $8/night ($10/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi
-Holiday surcharges- applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, and Christmas/New Years timeframes. PLEASE NOTE THAT MINIMUM NIGHTLY STAYS MAY BE INCREASED FOR THESE DATES AS WELL.
-Early check-in/Late check-out -Check in is 4pm, Check out is 10 am. Early check in or late check out may be available for an extra charge. Ask for details when you book.
