We stayed for nearly 3 wks while visiting family. Loved being across the street from the walking trail at Benson Sculpture Garden. Host was very responsive to anything we needed. We’ll be back!

Great stay!

This property was very clean, it has a fully stocked kitchen making meal prep for the family easy. Tons of room! Only down side is road noise but every bedroom has noise machines. Great stay.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay while we were in Fort Collins. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was good. Kami was very responsive and accommodating during our stay, especially when there was an issue with the AC. The kitchen was well equipped. The game room and board games available kept everyone entertained and it was nice having a TV both on the main floor and in the basement. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for our crew!

This was the perfect set up for what we were needing! We needed to accommodate 10 adults! The layout was perfect for those of us that wanted to turn in early and the basement with the games was perfect for the adult kids who wanted to stay up! These owners have thought of every detail and everything was perfect! They made it very easy to check in/out and were great to work with!

We LOVED our stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Loveland. The house was perfectly sized for our large group, with ample indoor and outdoor space. The location is terrific. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Kami was communicative and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. It is clear that they care about the property and the experience of their guests. We would highly recommend this property and will likely be staying again next time we come through!

Perfect Spot for Wedding Weekend Home Base

We used this space as a home base for our wedding weekend! The boys stayed on one side of the duplex and the girls on the other, and it was perfect. The house is very comfortable, clean, cozy, and suuuuper cute. It had everything we needed to have a really perfect weekend. Kami was super kind and communicative, and left us a really sweet card and flowers for our wedding which was so thoughtful. We would stay here 100x again.

Good family property

We got together for a memorial for grandma. Had 4 generations in attendance. Seeing Double afforded us the opportunity to allow the grandparents to have a little quiet away from the grandchildren while being together as much as we wanted. BBQ is a good size for the capacity of the property. Everyone was happy with the comfortable beds. The game room was even better than anticipated and gave the kids a good place to play. Thanks for all the effort you put into the property. Kami was very responsive and come over when we could not find a couple of items we needed. Thank you Kami!
