Introducing our newly renovated chalet, conveniently located just 5 blocks from the heart of downtown Loveland. This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home features a cozy basement that can accommodate three additional guests. Enjoy the amenities of our beautiful expansive kitchen, cozy modern bathroom, and large laundry room. You'll be close to bars, restaurants, LUX movie theater, pinball arcade, axe throwing bars, local festivals, and tons of other entertainment options. The big backyard features a grill and fire pit, making it perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee for your entire stay. 3 pet maximum.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay here. Although the neighborhood was interesting, the house itself was stunning with beautiful updates and plenty of space for our group!! The hosts were incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Checking in and out was an easy process.

Loveland Stay

The property was as described. Clean and comfortable. Right next to a grocery store so that was nice. There were a bit of homeless people in the neighborhood but local law enforcement were present and we didnt have any problems with them. Overall a very great place to stay and very close to the softball complex we were at the majority of our time there.

Cozy Home

The home was clean and cozy! The owners have obviously done their best to create a comfortable and convenient home. It was a great place to enjoy time with family. The only negative was the neighborhood. It is near a couple of businesses, so it was loud at times.

Wonderful Little Home

The home itself was wonderfully modeled with both a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Overall experience was great, with exceptional communication with a very pleasant property owner. Only two items of concern, one of which can't really be controlled by the property manager, was the level of homeless population in the area. The other item was the internet. The Wi-Fi signal was weak at best and could not maintain on any devices. Neither item was a gamebreaker for me, but my mother on the other hand needed her TV but really couldn't have it. At any rate, was a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
