Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom home with natural light, garden views and treed lot within 3 miles of Penn State Univ. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this sprawling ranch features a roomy and open fully finished lower level set up for group entertainment. With gorgeous gardens, patio areas, a large fire pit and additional sitting areas, you'll never run out of space to entertain. In addition to the finished lower level (open to the upstairs kitchen area!) you'll enjoy an all-glass sitting room where you can relax with nature or a movie night!. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and appreciate their own space! Recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen, make this home the perfect Penn State get away!

Perfect Property minutes away from Penn State University

Super clean and convenient property a stone’s throw from PSU. Served as our home base during the college football playoff weekend. We truly enjoyed the basement / family room area for gathering to watch TV after the Penn State game. Communication with the homeowner was exceptionally timely and there were a host of thoughtful extra touches including chocolates on the beds, access to fresh produce from an indoor tower garden, and the use of a folding table for our tailgate. Would recommend highly for anyone looking to stay in close proximity to the University.

Great Escape for a WHITE OUT!

We usually are RV warriors however not knowing the weather in November we decided to book a house for the WHITE OUT weekend and we are so glad we did! The location was so close to downtown and Beaver Stadium. The house was spotless and had all the amenities that we needed. We will certainly book again!

Lovely clean home

The house was very nice with a lovely backyard and fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. It took us a while to figure out how to use the induction stovetop and maybe we should have been more savvy but we would have appreciated instructions from the owner though they were extremely responsive when we had a question. We can’t say enough good things about our stay.

PSU Graduation

Beautiful and comfortable home, minutes from campus. If it wasn’t for the rain, we would have throughly enjoyed the yard and park nearby. Wonderful hosts and very easy to work with! We felt guilty not having to do anything on our way out!

Amazing Stay

House was immaculate and just 8 minutes from the PSU campus. All accommodations were in perfect order. Bill is an awesome host and will Make Possibilities Real. Definitely planning on another stay for a football game.

House & property were wonderful, clean & nicely stocked with supplies you may need. Lovely neighborhood. Short ride to PSU campus or easy to get an Uber ride.

Very nice place

The house was cozy & clean! This was our second stay at the property. The owners do a wonderful job with all the special touches. Plenty of towels, and almost anything extra you may have forgot. The owners are very accessible if you need them or have any issues. They are Very nice people and nice property.

Great Stay

We had a great weekend stay here celebrating a PSU graduation. Location to campus was fantastic. Home was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Meticulous backyard to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Bill was quick to respond to any questions.

The kitchen and both bathrooms have been renovated in the last five years. Central air was added three years ago.
