Villa Jade Pearl in Pelican; Sunset Views!!

Beautiful sunsets and relaxing days in Pelican.

Enjoy your vacation lounging at your private pool or just stroll to the relaxing beaches just footsteps away. You can walk to the casino, incredible restaurants and indulge with a refreshing drink while enjoying the privacy of your own villa. You can book a day trip to another island or spend the day diving or snorkeling all located within the development of Pelican.

Villa Jade Pearl is family friendly with two master suites both with king beds and private bathrooms and a bunk room that can accommodate 3 children/teens, or 1 couple only (!) and has its own bathroom.

Villa Jade was renovated in June 2021. Renovations include AC in all bedrooms and living room, new smart TVs, new kitchen appliances and new windows and doors.

The Rate is based on 3-bedroom use!
For the 4th bedroom with kitchenette the
number of guests needs to be changed to 8 for the correct pricing!

#Starlink internet (100+mbps) with IPTV (USA + Canada + Sport channels + more) in every room!

Great place to stay, very relaxing

House is well furnished in a safe neighborhood with a great view. A/C and Wi-Fi both worked well, the outdoor space is comfortable and relaxing.

Gorgeous St Martin view

Home was ideal for our first trip to St Martin. We loved the view from the patio and owners had everything we needed to cook, beach and chill by the pool.

Fantastic Family Vacation Site

We traveled with 2 adults and 4 pre-teens/teens. This house was perfect in that we had space to spread out and 3 bathrooms so we weren't fighting for space! The pool was wonderful and had someone in it at most times when we were at the home. The outdoor patio was perfect with lounge chairs, couches, and a table for meals. I appreciated it being a gated property and we felt very safe while there.

Villa Jade Pearl is a an absolute gem!

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. The views of Simpson Bay are unbelievable. The outdoor pool and patio area is very spacious and comfortable. The house was roomy, well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great. The location to Simpson Bay was also very convenient. We highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Sister’s Retirement

Beautiful view. We had a problem with the sewer but was taken care of the next day. With eight of us there it would have been nice to have an extra set of keys. Overall it was a nice place to get away,

Jade Villa in paradise

The communication with the owner is beyond superb. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed two days straight and the owner checked every day to see if we were OK. Once there the property manager reached out to us, did a walkthrough tour of the house and gave us valuable tips about the island. The villa had a backup generator which was invaluable in an island where there are frequent power outages. The temperature with mini splits in each room was very cool. You actually had to raise the temperature at night so it wouldn't get too cool. Beautiful bathrooms with island flair as well. The kitchen was spacious as well. It was our first time visiting St. Maarten but it won't be our last. Thank you so much for hosting us at this beautiful property.

Great Stay for Couples

My family and I stayed at this villa for my birthday and loved it. The villa itself is in a great location on the Dutch side and is close to restaurants, bars, beaches, and grocery stores. Inside furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade, the pool is a nice size for 4-5 people however would not recommend small children for the pool as it has a big drop-off of 5+ feet from the 1st three steps into the pool. Front porch has an amazing view of the ocean and the patio is very comforting. Most definitely recommend a rental car or driving services as the villa is atop of a steep hill and walking is a bit difficult as there are no sidewalks and you're walking with the car traffic. All the amenities of the villa were very useful and helped for a relaxed stay. All-in-all, I would recommend this villa of 2-3 couples.
