It has a master bedroom and two other bedrooms one with a queen bed and the smallest bedroom has a sofa bed for another person looking for privacy. Has one bathroom and a large kitchen with all the utensil to cook.

The host was very quick to respond to questions and everything was taken care of to have a great stay. I appreciated the little coffee station in the kitchen and the locking gate to park behind for added safety. The house was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Great little house

We had a great experience! House was clean and had everything we needed. Host let us check in earlier upon request! The AC kept it nice and cool. We had dinner outside and enjoyed the house as well. Beds were comfy!

Working trip

Owner was great. We had a skunk spray the area and the owner took immediate action to do what he could to get the smell out. Property has lots of parking area and the gate / fence adds security and seclusion from the neighbors. Overall a pleasant stay.

This house was super cute and fit our needs well. The homeowner did a good job making the home secure, however the neighborhood leaves something to be desired.

Excellent proximity to the greenway

We had a good time at this VRBO. Joe was very kind and friendly. The home has no closets and that was just tricky because we were going to a wedding and placement of the “good clothes” gave us a puzzle to solve. Would come back!

Nice, clean place to stay

It was a nicely, updated house. Nice yard, fenced in and gated. Nice, clean place. Great convince to have full size washer & dryer. Location was convenient to everywhere. Close to my family. The neighbors were a little noisy, but quieted down in the evening. We would stay here again.

Terrace Heights Home

Our original VBRO became unavailable due to skunk. However the host immediately offered a second property. Internet was not available at the new home and host was super responsive and we had internet fairly quickly. Great view and stay.

Clean,quiet, and looked just like pictures. The listing does say hot tub and it evidently went into hiding 😁. Not an issue for us but might want to change listing. Did not have need to contact host. All went smoothly. All fenced and parking behind a gate
