This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sits perfectly on Ol River with views of both the river and Gulf from private balcony. Small condominium complex allows for peaceful stays with outdoor pool overlooking the river. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and community outdoor grilling area with new charcoal grills. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a parade of boats from the second story gazebo or from your own porch. First come, first serve wet boat slip parking available with $50 fee per night, trailers cannot be left on property. Please contact me for more details if interested in boat parking. Snowbird reservations are accepted, please contact me for pricing!

OBA Fishing

This is a lovely unit and perfect for the two of us. Great location being close to the pass by boat and FloraBama by car or foot. The owners were wonderful to rent from. We will absolutely stay here again.

Quiet, Relaxing stay with a view

Brittany was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. The condo was as advertised, clean, and had a relaxing view of the boats on the intracoastal waterway as many mentioned in previous reviews. Would absolutely stay here again for a quiet getaway.

Property was just as advertised. Owner messaged us when the property was ready, so we checked in early. Very nice one bedroom condo with a great view. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Place to stay

This place was really clean easily accessible and away from all the crowds in town. It’s quiet and the pool area is the perfect size. The bed is one of the most comfortable king beds I have ever slept in. The property manager is very easy going. There are charcoal grills near the pool

Great beach stay!

Property was spacious and easy to access. Beach access is right across the road but was closed for nesting season, which I wish I had known beforehand, so we had to walk more than we planned for. Balcony views bay and gulf. Kitchen was well-stocked and apartment was clean. Quiet at night. I’d stay here again!

Absolutely lovely!!

The condo is just perfect, very clean and makes you feel right at home and the view is perfect as well!! The owner goes above and beyond with any questions or issues you may have and is so kind to work with. They have thought of everything including lovely baskets for your bath and beach towels. I highly recommend this beautiful condo and can not wait to visit again!!

Perfect Getaway

Cute condo with easy walk up access and elevator. Easy check in. Owner responsive to questions. Just too bad the birds were nesting in dunes, so we couldn’t get to beach across street.

Perfect Getaway

We were beyond impressed with this rental. It had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect getaway ( and we love to cook, so that says a lot about *everything was there). We loved the location and were able to see the gulf and watch the boats go down the river to ONO Island. Our host/Property manager went above and beyond to insure that we were happy and accommodated. We will definitely reach out to rent this one again in the future.

Fantastic condo with a fantastic location!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend. We very much enjoyed this property. The condo itself was just as described with a deck with a great view of the pool, river and the gulf across the street. The boat docks with swings and seating was also a great hangout. The location of the condo is perfectly situated between the Flora-Bama, shopping and lots of restaurant options. We will definitely book this place again in the future!

I highly recommend this lovely property. The corner patio allowed for privacy and views of both the golf and the river. The pool was very clean and nicely warm. I love the fact that it’s 6 feet deep. I’m a swimmer and so many places only offer a 4 or 5 foot pool. I’m sad to leave. This place feels like home.

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I booked this location for a getaway for the 2 of us as we hadn’t been out just the 2 of us in 13 years. I can honestly say this is the perfect place to stay. Views are amazing both of the beach and the Ol River. Very nice clean condo. We loved the dock access for fishing. The only thing that would have made it a bit better is closer beach access. Maybe even across the street or something. Although the drive to Shell Beach was not too far. It’s the perfect place and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful property in great location with bay and beach views

My significant another, and I booked this property to attend a concert at the wharf. It was a great location. We were able to walk to the For Bama, which was about 3/4 of a mile an easy walk with a bike lane available. The check in and check out process was easy. The condo was well stocked and clean. We really enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony, and watching the boats go down ole river. The property manager responded quickly when I had a question a couple weeks before check in.
