Bright and Spacious Home in a NE Heights Gated Community

Bievenidos (Welcome)! A wonderful light and bright home with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows. This lovely 2200 sqft single story home is in a well maintained gated community with tree lined streets perfect for a morning or evening walk.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials with a counter stools for 3 as well as a high table in the nook for additional seating. The formal dining room comfortably seats six. Enjoy the backyard covered patio equipped with table and chairs for enjoying the comfortable Albuquerque weather. The office is at the front of the house, filled with natural light, perfect for working remotely. The master bedroom is spacious with storage and a generously sized master bath. The second bedroom is perfect sized with an additional small desk if needed. This home is set up for a relaxing and comfortable stay in New Mexico!


This well appointed home is located in the Northeast Heights and with easy access:
- Restaurants, shops and stores abound within 5 minutes of the
house, including a Whole Foods, Smith's grocery, Starbucks,
Einstein Bagels, Dions Pizza, and Trader Joes

Very safe neighborhood, home is clean, bright and tastefull

We've stayed at a few homes in ABQ and this one is our favorite.Location is perfect for visiting our family.Plugs for devices were great, beds were comfy,nice sitting areas and kitchen. Facial tissue tissue would be nice to add.

Great home in a safe gated community! We book it two to three times a year as it’s right down the street from our adult children. The property manager is very responsive and the house is always clean. The only thing I wish it had was an outdoor grill. Then it would be perfect!!

Awesome Location. We cannot say enough about this well appointed 2 bedroom home. It had everything we needed and is in a great neighborhood near restaurants, shops and the mountians. We definitely recommend this property!

This was our third stay at this property. Love the safety and security of this location! Easy access in and out of the gated community. We’ve already booked our next stay in May. Love the light and bright feel of this home.

Cheryl’s place was wonderful! Tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Communication throughout the trip was great. Nice neighborhood and location as well. We can’t wait to come back next time we are in the area!

Safe gated community

This house is perfect for our return visits to ABQ. Close proximity to everything and in a wonderful ABQ community. The host is easy to access and the house is decorated beautifully. We’ve already booked our return visit in August!!!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home in an even better community- gated on a well established golf course/country club. Our second stay here and we will definitely be back. Cheryl is a great host with excellent communication and responsiveness.

The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking supplies needed. The house is conveniently located with but a short drive to most places in Albuquerque. Plus, the house is in a gated community with security guards at the gate and patrolling the neighborhood. I’ll stay here again on return trips and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Exceptional property/property manager

Property was clean, comfortable, spacious and included garage parking. Wonderful to have availability of popular amenities such as full kitchen, washer/dryer, WI-FI and a short walk to view the gorgeous Sandia Mountains. Cheryl provided specific instructions to access the property and made exception to allow for family guest. The location was beautiful, safe, with nearby grocery stores, restaurants and gym. Overall, a great experience.

Meeting new great grandson

My husband and I took his parents to meet our new grandson that was born in December. His parents are elderly and his father has problems with walking . The property was wonderful for them since there were no stairs and steps to be concerned. The rooms were large and roomy and there were no issues with loose rugs or tripping . It was so close to our daughter and her family that we walked to her home several times. Great location!!!!!

Truly Outstanding VRBO House in Albuquerque NM

Very clean, modern, spacius two bedroom two bath home with lots of natural lighting, high ceilings and a two car garage. We enjoyed the large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a dual walk-in shower and comfortable tub. Located in the gated Tanoan community we felt safe and secure walking the neighborhood in the late evenings. It was fun dining on the covered patio and indoors options in the casual kitcen counter space, high table and formal dining room. This house also offers an office/den with excellent internet access. The convenient location is near Whole Foods and easy access to major roads to access many Albuquerque venues. Cheryl provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. Overall a great VRBO rental!
