This house was so great for our family. Everything was clean and set up for a nice stay. Beautiful views and wonderful hiking right there! Would definitely stay the next time we come.

Lots of space - lots of fun

I stayed 4 nights with family ranging in ages from 12-78. There was plenty of room in private spaces and public rooms, so we could be together or on our own. Enjoyed seeing family that lives in the neighborhood - perfect location.

We had a great time staying at the Cayuga Street house. The home is very comfy and full of charm, located within easy walking distance to great restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are fun to talk to. We spent most of our (4) day stay near Niagara Falls, and found the drive very easy each day. If you wand a great group meal, head over to Casa Antica, we had a blast. Abby was very responsive to all the questions that we had!

Beautiful oasis in NE Albuquerque

Updated home with lots of space for our family of five. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the home and the ability to use the garage door opener to go in and out. Gorgeous views from the deck and a very upscale coffee machine with a frother. The coffee lovers in my family loved it!

Great house and location. We stayed with another family (5 kids ranging from 4-8) and it was great. House was clean and had everything we needed.I would have liked another TV but that isn’t a huge deal breaker for us. We also couldn’t get the espresso machine to work :(

Hockey Playoffs

This property was close to Outpost Arena which was a plus. Our party age ranged from 22 months to 92. Not having to deal with stairs was great. This house was prefect. We really enjoyed how the house was designed and decorated. This house was very comfortable and we would definitely stay here next time.

Family Reunion

We were in town to attend a family reunion and to see the sights. When we arrived, the air conditioning wasn't working. With one phone call, someone came to repair it. We enjoyed the house and the area. We walk for exercise and walked around the neighborhood. A few of us walked to the trails going up the mountain.

Home worked well for our family reunion. We appreciated the spaciousness, outdoor seating, proximity to hiking trails, and the seasonings and food items that were available for guest use during our visit. Host was communicative but unfortunately due to the type of air conditioning system the house has, it only cools the house to about 20 degrees below the outside temperature and this takes several hours. Be aware of this when reserving as it can result in a warm house during hot Albuquerque weather. We would stay here again but would aim to do so during a cooler time of year.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We're so glad the space, trails, and extra touches worked well for your reunion. We’d love to host you again! One note for future guests: the home uses evaporative cooling rather than traditional AC, which is very effective in our dry climate but cools more gradually. We typically have the system set to pre-cool the home before check-in, and we're sorry that automation was interrupted for this stay. We've corrected it going forward. While it was a particularly hot day (near 100°F), the home was 78°F at arrival and cooled overnight, staying in the low 70s to upper 60s for the remainder of the visit.
