We enjoyed our stay very much. Adorable apartment, well planned and thought out with amenities. Great view of golf course and the lake in the distance. Close to restaurants and the bridge. My suggestion would be for coffee drinkers, a proper coffee maker and improvement on window coverings in the bedrooms. Other than that, I highly recommend this rental.

Great Location

The resort is gated, very clean and quiet. The condo is very comfortable has a great view of the golf course and lake. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the mornings and watching the golfers. It is a short walk to the bridge, restaurants and water rentals. We enjoyed walking along the water and beach. A great place to stay!

Our family has a wonderful time visiting for spring break. The condo was perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked, and overall felt like home away from home. The pool was super warm for the kids and the property was in a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Views, Great Location, Great Host

Lovely views of the golf course and river, condo was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable but would have liked better window coverings as a lot of light come through. Furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed spending time there as much as when seeing Lk Havasu City. Host was great at communicating anytime we had a question.

Annual Spring Trip

We added Lake Havasu to our Spring trip this year. It didn’t disappoint. The location of the condo is great. So many things within walking distance. The pool area and grills were a great addition to the accommodations. Condo was well stocked with everything and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Thanksgiving trip

Great little condo! In laws live in Lake Havasu City during the winter. It was our first time being there this time of the year. This condo fit needs perfectly. Great view and location. We walked down to the London Bridge a few times during our stay. We got to see the lighting of the Christmas lights which our son loved.

Fantastic Location & View

We had a blast. This condo had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for Desert Storm, we were in walking distance of the Canal & many great places to eat. Would absolutely return & stay at this condo again. The property was also very secure which was nice & comforting. This condo was also a really fast Uber ride away from many other fun places to eat & the other events at Desert Storm, such as the street fair.

Lake Havasu Gem

We stayed in Sam's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunrise and sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Sam

The view

So the first thing is the view, amazing and then the short walk to the canal. It gives you the ability to walk back to the room after waking up early to put your boat in the canal, cause everyone knows getting a spot is the canal is no easy feat mid to late morning. We were a little worried the first day when the fridge was not working. But I actually just turned the fridge up from the coldest setting and it began to get cold. We are all looking forward to our next trip.

Excellent Place with Beautiful Views

My family of 5 visited lake Havasu for fun filled days on the water. This condo fit us perfectly and the views from the kitchen table in the balcony were beautiful! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and even offered additional beach towels and pool noodles to use if needed and the entire condo has been updated with new flooring, new countertops, and new appliances. One thing that we didn’t know was how close it is to Lake Havasu state park. It’s literally a right out of the complex and then a right at the stop sign and you were on the road entering the park. Excellent location! We definitely will be coming back!
