Sweet Dreams Villa is located less than 10 minutes from Cruz Bay, and minutes from stunning beaches. The Villa was recently rebuilt after the 2017 hurricane and features almost 4000 sq feet of fully air conditioned space. There are amazing views from every room and an amazing infinity edge pool that looks out at St. Thomas and other nearby islands.

Our family enjoyed Sweet Dreams Villa immensely from the spectacular views to the amazing pool, restful bedrooms, spa showers, and all the extra amenities! Thank you to our hosts for providing such an incredible vacation home experience. Our host Wendy was very attentive and gave helpful tips about snorkeling, dining, and more. The property manager, Luciah was a delight and provided service to us above and beyond. This home and trip to St. John exceeded all our expectations. The home description and photos just can’t capture all the beauty and comfort provided at Sweet Dreams Villa!

Best House!

Very happy with our stay at Sweet Dreams Villa. The property was big and comfortable for 8 adults on a long weekend getaway. Filled with lots of amenities that make our stay even more easy and enjoyable. We will be back!

Amazing Views!

Property was outstanding! Well appointed and lots of room to spread out. We ended up having a breathtaking sunset one night which split between two islands. Locals even said they had never seen a sunset like that in 20 years. From a renter for Destin/ FL to the owner Wendy...Kudos!

Memorable trip

The house was beautifully built, comfortably furnished and the property manager was delightful! The views were spectacular out of every room and brought a smile to our face every morning. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was fabulous. We have sent this house to other friends and are looking forward to returning! Thank you for letting us stay in your home

Amazing Villa!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home! Our two families of four people arrived at sunset and were amazed by the beautiful views from the moment we set foot on the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor spaces for dinner, drinks, and morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and the home was well stocked with beach towels, beach coolers, beach chairs, cookware, etc. I can’t imagine what else you could ask for in a place to stay for a beach vacation. We would recommend Sweet Dreams Villa to anyone, and would love the chance to come back one day.

Great Slice of Paradise

Really great week at Sweet Dreams. Location is great, house layout was great, everything was fresh and well maintained. Local property manager was helpful and responsive. Kitchen was even enlightened - some staples in place and a nice honor system on those.We loved the pool, the common space and the bedrooms. Very helpful to have some beach gear available.We have rented a bunch of houses over the years and this was our third in the USVI, this one is definitely great.

Birthday Celebration

Our group consisted of two couples in their 60’s. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the two upstairs suites! Gorgeous views! Jay was our property manager and he was extremely responsive. The one thing that differs from the description is that there is no hot tub. However, the pool is heated! I highly recommend this property.

Hello! My husband and I fell in love with St. John on our first visit! We had been looking for a vacation property to purchase in other tropical destinations, and bought Sweet Dreams Villa after visiting the island for the first time. We are new vacation hosts and are excited to share our love for the island with you!

We chose the Chocolate Hole area because of the incredible views and sunsets, as well as the fact that it is private but still close to everything.

The property has amazing views from every room, and is quiet and private. With 4 king size bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom), the home is a good size for a group of couples or families, each having a private space as well as an area to congregate.
