Great townhouse in a fun neighborhood. It was super clean (and I am picky!). The kitchen was very nicely stocked and we loved having the garage to park our bikes. The area has lots of fun things to do within walking or biking distance. Great place!

Our family of four enjoyed this property! Plenty of space to gather for family meals and to spread out individually as well. Clean and well kept space. Also great to be able to park our vehicle in the garage. Would consider renting again if we ever get back to Denver!

Christmas visit
We stayed here to be near family in Central Park. Nice place. Great to have an attached garage in the winter. Kitchen well stocked. Carpet needs cleaning or replacing, and some bedroom furniture a bit tired, but overall very comfortable.

Spacious clean property in excellent location
The pictures are accurate. Very nice 3bedroom+ home in a convenient location. Outstanding communication with property owner-very quick responses.
Even nicer than we expected. Quiet neighborhood, well cared for property. Thoughtful touches like extra throws, detergent, Kleenex etc. enjoyed comfortable furnishings, tvs easy to operate. Nice front porch. Roomy garage.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The property worked great for our family! The beds were comfortable, as was the upstairs TV room. The place was thoughtfully stocked with bathroom essentials, extra linens, dishwasher pods and laundry essentials. The kitchen could use a few more drinking glasses but other than that had most of what you needed.
We were walking distance to a park which was great for our toddler. There wasn’t a baby gate so we had to improvise to keep her safely off the stairs, but not a big deal.
Overall comfortable stay and it was nice to put our car in a garage.

Good location, but very worn and outdated
The location was great, the kitchen area and beds were comfortable. The carpets were stained, dirty, and worn. The area rug was almost brown it was so old. Couches downstairs had tears and foam coming out of them. Upstairs couch was big and comfortable, but again very worn and dirty. Thankfully we did not have toddlers because the carpets were so gross, I could not imagine a child crawling on them. Towels are not high end, very thin and scratchy, the townhouses and the property are all nice. It’s a shame the owner doesn’t do some small investment to update the furniture and carpets. Communication was terrible. I texted through the app several times before the arrival and got zero response. Finally had to call the phone number and was told I would get email/text at 3:30-4:00 with code to access until. At 4:25 I had to call again and finally they sent the email on how to get in. Could have been a great until, but in the current condition I would not recommend.
