Loved the house and the neighborhood is darling with a wonderful park nearby. The house is on a busy-ish street (which is disclosed) but it’s a great property and a terrific home base while in Denver! Cute backyard, well furnished, and an all around great experience!

Graduation Weekend

This property is perfect. We were minutes away from the DU campus and an easy walk to Wash Park. Also, loved how close the coffee shops were. We will recommend this house to everyone.

The perfect group stay!

The house was so perfect for our group! The host stocked everything we would need from lots of mugs and coffee to snacks and cooking essentials. Ample fans and air conditioners to stay cool as well. The backyard was perfect for group meals and fire pits.

Stay at 1201 is located in the heart of the Wash Park neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the park and to shops and restaurants on Old South Gaylord. Short driving distance to Cherry Creek Shopping District and Downtown Denver. Red Rocks is approximately 30 minutes away.

Stay at 1201 has plenty of room, each bedroom has a smart TV and there is a large smart TV in the living room and a smaller TV in the sunroom. The yard is designed for entertaining with a nice patio, including both a gas and charcoal grill, seating area with firepit, as well as a grassy area for games.
