The space was great for hosting a larger group and close to the highway for getting to places quicker. Space was clean but we never received any check out instructions with no response from the owner when inquired

The house is clean and there is plenty of room. There are some little cosmetic things, but that does not affect the stay. Quiet area and close to plenty of activities.

The host was welcoming and helpful and the house was amazinggg, the master bedroom was the most beautiful room I’ve stayed in in a while. It was huge and beautiful, the kitchen was lovely too and stocked with stuff we needed, location was great it was close to everything we needed, we didn’t feel stuck on top of each other which was greattt! I would definitely stay here or at the property next door because they’re just so beautiful. Would als definitely recommend to any groups traveling to Colorado. It was perfect!

Perfect location

The house is so welcoming! Very spacious. Very clean. Everything was ready for us. The host was very easy to work with, very accommodating, and very fast response time! I rate the whole experience 10/10. Would definitely come back!

When we arrived around 8:30pm we found the property had not been cleaned at all from the previous tenants. All the beds were unmade, food all over the counters, everything was filthy. We were not able to get in contact with the owner right away and had to try calling VRBO. They were not helpful at all. We finally got in touch with the owner. It was agreed upon that they would pay for our hotels, not charge us for the first night, and waive the cleaning fee. They promised to have the property cleaned first thing the next morning. We had to find hotels for the night (which were dog friendly) and get everyone moved. To her word, she did get the place cleaned the next morning and we were able to move back into the home. Regardless of this snafu which I understand can happen with cleaning crews, the property is worn down and in need of minor repairs and upkeep. It is a 3 star property. Toilet paper rolls were down, walls needed to be repainted, carpet needed to be cleaned, just wear and tear that needs to be addressed. It is in a transitional neighborhood, but location in general is good. When it came to getting refunded for the first night, the owner did not refund our first nights rental of the home as agreed upon, but only covered the cost of the hotel and the cleaning fee. Overall it was a frustrating experience. The house was not as nice as the phots make it appear, but it is fine and it is in a convenient location.

For our group the size of this house was perfect. Location was ideal for day trips we wanted to take & close to Downtown Denver. The host responded timely to any questions I had during our stay. The open floor plan on the main level was very accommodating for our group. And the backyard area was very peaceful & our traveling pup definitely enjoyed rolling around the grass & getting lots of sun!
