Emerald Towers 1103 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. The living room is a perfect gathering spot, featuring a large sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen TV, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of sunshine and showcasing Gulf views. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up fabulous meals and enjoying them on the private balcony overlooking the emerald waters below. At the end of the day, retreat to the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bath, while the guest suite offers a cozy queen-sized bed and a TV. A sleeper sofa in the living room and a stackable washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Perfect Spring Break

This was our first time staying in Emerald Towers. Very pleasant stay. Had an issue with the air filter for the air conditioning but was handled right away. Beautiful view of the ocean. We did notice the strip on the bottom of the door needs repair. But all in all a great stay.

Destin, the best place in Florida

We love coming to Destin for the perfect water, and relaxation! The condo was beautiful and spacious with the kidos too. We went out some and cooked other nights, i love that the stores are all right there, just down the strip, everything is minutes away, so convenient!

Great vacation

Condo was clean with great beach view and beach access as described. Would be nice to have a keurig coffeemaker instead of drip. Tv remote did not work in second bedroom. If you want beach umbrella and chairs you do have to rent for 50 a day per couple.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing, and it was very clean. The doors on the bathrooms didn’t close and the dishwasher door ran into the oven door when opened. But other than those few odd things, we would stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Rental

Don’t let old reviews scare you. This property is the perfect place for a beach vacation. The room is clean and clearly well maintained. The only downfall is the beach policy. No personal umbrellas, tents, canopies. Front row seating is reserved for rentals only which can be pricey. Great location for food and entertainment.

Tent and chairs

Nearly had to fight, to be able to set up a tent on the beach to keep my 3 month old baby from cooking in the sun! Hell of a scheme to make you spend more money by not allowing tents, but will conveniently rent you a chair and tent for the week. Will not be back, back to Pensacola we go next time. Sun Destin next door allows tents, I recommend staying there.

Great view and location

Overall the room was very nice. The only issue was that the floors were pretty dirty, especially the rug in the master bedroom. This is something you really couldn’t see unless you walked around barefoot. The rest of the condo was very clean. Everything else was wonderful. Plenty of space and a great location. You really can’t beat the view from this room. Grounds were nicely maintained and there were no issues there. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. Elevators were incredibly fast- no waiting AT ALL! Loved that people couldn’t put personal chairs and umbrellas in front of chair renting vacationers. The room was great. Plenty of towels- more than most condos. Would definitely recommend and stay again. My only complaint was there were missing lightbulbs (just gone) in the lamps which is the only light source in the rooms and also no hair dryer. Other than that 10/10! Great place to stay and play.

Overall great stay

Everything about the stay was great other than the beach policy. We spent money to bring chairs and umbrellas only to be told we couldn’t use them on the property upon arrival. We didn’t budget for rental everyday so we didn’t go to the beach much. That was kind of the whole point in choosing to go to the beach for vacation. It it had been listed on the rental page I never would have booked. I guess that’s the point

Not the best experience

When we first walked in my daughter told me she seen a roach. I did not see one until our last night there then I seen an adult roach and later a baby come from under stove. Im glad it was last night. Also the carpets in the 2nd room made the room smell mildew. The bed in the master room was very worn out and went downwards on the ride. I mainly slept on the couch because of that. Also, the security guard is very rude. We have stayed in other condos and this is by far the worst we stayed in.

Just a couple issues

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There were a couple issues that the owner might want to know about. The door on the refrigerator would not close tight, so maintenance had to get someone to fix it. The repair man said the refrigerator door was attached wrong and he had to take it off and redo everything. There was an ice maker but it was not hooked up. The faucets on the kitchen sink were installed backwards, the hot and cold are reversed. There was very little silverware so we had to purchase some and buy a toaster. Loved the view and everyone at the building was very helpful and the other residents were very nice.

Disappointing

The room was a disappointment the pictures do NOT show the true room. It smelled musky in the bedroom the carpets and furniture are stained dirty. We killed at least 5 roaches during our stay gross! The washer and dryer sound like they are going to blow up when you use them. None of the tile reaches the carpet or under the cabinets. The freezer is rusted inside and on the bottom of the range making them look gross. The tvs in The bedrooms wouldn’t work. The wine fridge looks like it’s about to fall out of the wall. Needs painting spraying and a deep clean. And the maintenance guy is RUDE! The couch didn’t have a mattress all week making it hard to sit on.
