Ce condo de deux chambres est assis sur le sable à Destin, en Floride, et offre une vue imprenable et un emplacement idéal pour les restaurants, les magasins et plus encore préférés de la région. Vous profiterez d'une vue imprenable sur la plage et les fenêtres surdimensionnées permettent à cette vue de remplir le condo. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert et le confort de la maison, vous pourrez facilement réunir jusqu'à six personnes ensemble pour un repas artisanal ou une soirée cinéma dans le salon. La cuisine est approvisionnée avec les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas de toutes tailles ou même des collations pour la plage. Les deux chambres du condo ont été confortablement meublées pour la détente et la chambre principale a même un accès au balcon privé!

The condo was perfect for our girls' trip. We didn't feel cramped and loved sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and watching the waves. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked. We would rent this unit again.

Good location, close to everything. Great view of gulf, front on view. Condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. Furniture a little dated but sufficient. Couch could use a replacment. TV in guest room was broke. Management did come by to look at it and came to the same conclusion we did, it was broke and needed a replacement. Hopefully it was replaced for the next week guests. WIFI was not individual for the unit (had to use Emerald Tower Network) which was spotty and unreliable when connected to computer or phones. It worked well when streaming on TV using your streaming services. Only 1 dish towel was provided which seemed pretty light for a week stay. A few more dish towels in the kitchen would have been nice. Deck furniture was perfect for sitting on the patio. 1 boogie board was provided and a net for beach use. Easy access to pool and beach. Nice beach chair and umbrella service available on property at a fair price. Pool was small and often crowded with lots of kids. We avoided all week and just used the beach. Hot tub would have been a nice amenity. Overall nice building and unit with friendly staff and pleasent renters and owners all week. Would recommend if looking to go to Destin.

Convenient location

We came to Destin for a long golf weekend getaway with friends, and this property was perfect. It had everything we wanted—an unbeatable location close to everything, beachfront access with stunning views, and plenty of space for the four of us. The place was very comfortable and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Getaway!

My husband and I took a short getaway to Destin, FL. The Emerald Towers' condo was very nice, clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and very relaxing. We will definitely be going back very soon I hope.

Wonderful beach stay

Decor is very inviting. Slight musty smell but didn’t affect my stay. Beach views and access were just what I wanted. Bed in second bedroom could use some work. I think the 9 a:m checkout is ridiculous and would end my stay the day before.

Destin stay

Everything was as stated. The balcony view was amazing. We would sit out on it in the mornings and watch the dolphins. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were comfortable. If we ever go back to Destin we will check to see if this is available. Also, the management company responds immediately to any questions before and during the stay.

Everything was nice except for……..

We had a great time but however, every single 120v receptacle needs to be replaced! They either don’t work or they are so worn that your plug-in devices won’t snuggly fit and fall out! Due to this, it makes your plug heat up which will eventually cause a bigger issue for the condo and visitors devices.

"Ready for a New Do"

The condo is in need of thorough cleaning. The shelves and pantry are sticky dirty. The master bedroom had no bed skirt on the bed so the ugly bedframe showed from every angle. The mattresses need replacing. Decorations are very tired. The love seat was stained and so were the cushions. The blinds on the patio doors need to replaced. If you touched them more slats fell out. The dining table was also very tired. The beach front and pool are great and the location is good.

Wonderful stay, property was great

The condo was in great shape very clean. The property was well maintained and there was plenty of parking. However, one negative thing was that the beach services manager who was in charge of implementing and enforcing the rented beach chairs was not willing to correct a problem that we experienced. There is a rule that restricts people from using their personal beach chairs in front of the front row of rented beach chairs, presumably so that the front row of paying customers do not have an obstructed view of the ocean. We saw this being enforced a couple of days before we had our problem. There was one day where 5 women decided to sit in front of our beach chairs right at the water's edge and when it was reported, we were told that because the people right beside us in the front row of rented chairs said they didn't mind them being there, then they were allowed to stay...even though WE didn't want them there! So, essentially the beach services manager decided that someone else's rights were more important than ours. Very disappointing and made what would have otherwise been a flawless vacation into something that left us with a bad experience. They should have a system implemented that accounts for this type of occurrence and is fair to all.

good just had trouble checking in. Had to be moved to another facility down rd then rerun next am.

Overall it was great but when we arrived, after a 6.5 hr drive from Orlando, loaded 2weeks worth of luggage up to the 7th floor, exhausted, our room keys did not work! The battery was dead. Ok so we call the number on our after hr packet & get this answer “i’m Sorry but you’ll have to contact whoever you booked through.” Really? Ok so I called our rental agency # & get this answer “sorry but we will try to contact the after hrs maintenance” but after 20 mins no answer. I called back & get this answer “we will have to transfer you to another facility down the road! The place we were in had approx 8 cars in the parking lot. But they were unable to just move us in the same facility so we now take our entire luggage back to the car & re pack. (There were 4 of us by the way so a lot of luggage for two weeks). They ended up making it right by putting us in a very nice room & reimbursing us 2 nights. Yes it was very inconvenient but management was polite & apologetic & made it right. I hope they realize that all they had to do is send maintenance to open the door & they could have saved themselves $ & unhappy customers. We had to return the next morning as we were not able to stay in the facility they moved us to for the 1st night. Very inconvenient. We booked through VRBO on line but evidently there was a 3rd party agency. When we returned to the original condo Chris the Mgr was very concerned & made a few phone calls to look into the matter. Very professional & polite.

Anniversary Paradise

This property was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the privacy of the balcony each morning watching the dolphins swim by. The condo itself was clean and very homey. It was fully furnished with everything you would need in a home away from home. That being said I want to say thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of heaven by the sea.

Great location

The place is super close to beach. The kitchen could use some updated pots, pans, maybe plastic cups and the dryer burnt our clothes. Property manager is aware and hasn’t fixed yet
