Downtown Ocean City just a few blocks from the boardwalk, beach and Atlantic Ocean! Rare 3 night minimum in season and 2 night minimum off season! This one bedroom, ground level condo has a queen sized bed and there is also a sleep sofa so there is plenty of room for 4 people to enjoy this condo comfortably. You'll also enjoy free cable TV, high speed internet/wifi.This downtown condo comes with one unassigned parking space and is walking distance to Hammerheads on the Beach, Pickles Pub, 9th St. Taphouse, Brass Balls Saloon, Cowboy Coast, CVS, convenience stores, bike rentals, etc. You'll also be located on the bus route so you can take the bus to midtown Ocean City, North Ocean City or the outlets in West Ocean City. The bus can drop you off at your favorite hot spots such as Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys for $4 per day!

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $74.95. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

Nice little condo for a long weekend at OCMD!
This condo was great for 3 of us to stay in during a long weekend at the beach. Short walk from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. The condo was clean, and had plenty of cooking supplies and dishes to use. Only thing we had to buy was dish soap- they provided sponges to wash the dishes but no soap. Make sure you bring that and any plastic bags/containers if you're preparing your own food there. All appliances worked well. Bathroom is tiny but clean and the large shower was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

A stroll away
The property was clean. Two blocks away from beach was perfect for passing shops and restaurants. Kitchen and cookware was available if needed. Bathroom was small but clean. I would do it again.

Good Location, Dump Condo.
This was my 8th time staying a property booked through VRBO. I understand things aren’t always perfect or as they seem but have never left a negative comment about my previous stays. That being said outside of the proximity to the boardwalk and beach there is nothing else positive to say about this property. Let me start by saying my communication with OCMD was good when we spoke about my concerns but I believe the actual owner of the property just doesn’t give a damn about the place. I’m just going to list the cons about the property and leave it at that. -Dirty top to bottom upon arrival -Urine soaked comforter in closet -Used feminine products in bathroom waste basket -Dirty socks under couch -2” screw on bathroom floor -Multiple big dead spiders laying around -Fridge stopped working last 2 days -Was told I’d receive a refund for cleaning fee and never did. I would not recommend this property to anyone, however I would consider different properties managed by OCMD and strongly suggest they drop this property from their rental portfolio.
