Decatur House 201 is an ocean view condo located on 12th street and the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is newly renovated with a furnished balcony that has views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous boardwalk. It is the perfect place to call home for a few days or a whole week, while enjoying the beach, boardwalk, indoor pool, local restaurants, entertainment, and shops. This unit comfortably sleeps five people with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Property rents any 3 nights all season.

Decatur House 201 has the following amenities: indoor pool, one reserved parking space, an elevator, TV, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, stove, disposal, dishwasher, ceiling fans, and an outdoor foot shower.

Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and all paper products. There is a washer and dryer located in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. Smoking on balconies and in common areas is prohibited by the building management. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot only.
No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We stayed for four nights, upon arriving the hallway to the unit had dirty laundry in a bag and the floor and walk off mat was dirty and soaked. I made manager aware Friday and response came Sunday thanks for letting us know and that was it. So with a soaked hallway and walk off mat that never dried we drug into the until wet feet and items. No mat at entry door inside to wipe or leave shoes on. No vacuum or mop to maintain floor cleanliness just a dirty broom. The shower has mold in the corners and floors not thoroughly cleaned in bathroom, blinds baseboards filthy with dust and a bed loaded with sand . What do you do with sand from a bed before you can make it toss on the floor???

Our stay was ok. There was no cable box for local tv so when the weather got severe the was no local news access. The TV remote in bedroom didn’t work. So we couldn’t use that either. There was still trash in the trash can from previous renters

4th of July Vaca

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and suited our family of 4 well. Even from the side we had a great view of the ocean. The beds and pillows were amazing, as they were both the Purple brand giving us all a great night sleep. The bathroom was nicely updated as well. We were also provided with a back up key in case the battery went dead in the keypad on the door, which was a blessing because it did. We had to check in on 62nd st then drive to a separate location for the condo. We were given a designated parking spot, which was great, but it was a whole street behind the condo. This wasn’t too bad as we were at a great location and didn’t have to use our car much. Our overall experience was awesome and I would highly recommend and stay with them again.

Really good place, but the pool never opened.

There were no pics of the kitchen and bathroom, but they should show those because they are updated and they are very nice, as is the rest of the place. The view from the balcony is not good. The balcony furniture is not good, but otherwise, the place is really nice. The indoor pool was not open Memorial Day weekend 2024. They were filling it, but once full, they still didn't open it.
