Everything was perfect. Great location to the beach. Loved having use of the golf cart. House had everything you needed to make meals. Location was close to shops and restaurants that we liked to go to. Loved being able to bring our puppy with us. Chris Greene responded quickly to all my questions. He is a great host and would stay in any of his rentals the next time we are there in PCB.

Great Location!

Excellent stay! Clean and updated townhouse with great location to boat ramp, beaches and restaurants. Property owner was excellent and easy to work with. Plenty of room for boat parking. Highly recommend the golf cart rental for easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Right before school vacation!!!

Loved the house and the location. Perfect size for all of us. The covered back and front was great! Also the golf cart was a plus. Best part was the host being in close contact the entire time! Loved everything!!!

The best!

The best place we’ve stayed while vacationing at the beach. Perfect house for us and perfect location to everything. We walked to the beach everyday. Listing is accurate, pricing is great, very clean. Great communication with the host. It was nice to have access to a beach wagon and towels. We WILL be staying here again when we come back to PCB. Ready to recommend to everyone. Definitely a “home away from home”

Highly Recommend

My husband and I stayed for the week for our honeymoon getaway, the property owner was super nice and helpful, the pictures are exactly like the property. It was very clean when we went in. He stayed in communication with us so if we ever needed any help. It's within walking distance to the beach in a very good spot that's not too crowded. We came from Virginia so having everything there we needed was important and it was more than stocked with everything that we needed. We are very pleased with our stay and the property owner. He made being 12 hours away from home feel very much like a home away from home. We will definitely book with him again when we return to Panama City if available.12/10 recommend!

Located in a quiet, mostly owner occupied neighborhood with access to Dolphin Street boat ramp for neighborhood properties so no waiting in long lines and park your trailer back at the house. Fenced back yard for dogs.
