Quiet, cozy, waterfront home sitting on 1/3 acre. This home was just completely remodeled from top to bottom. Very nice screen room and large backyard overlooking Garcon Bayou. Bring your boat or jet ski, we have a nice boat lift and dock (boats under 4000 lbs). This home is just minutes away from world class white sands overlooking the ocean, Gulf of Mexico. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Property was just as advertised. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened in patio and having our morning coffee. The bonus was as catching a 26” redfish from the backyard.

Great, quiet getaway!

We had a boat and a dog, so this place was hard to find. Beautiful, clean house on a dead end street. Easy to get to restaurants, stores, etc. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

Perfect location with nice neighbors. Close to everything but out of the way enough for peace and quiet. Boat dock made it convenient for boat rides to both Orange Beach and Pensacola.

Perfect house for our family and friend

We loved the house and it’s location. We had direct access to Perdido Key down to Orange Beach. The host was very responsive to questions and we thoroughly enjoyed the house living space, kitchen, beds, bathrooms, and smart TVs.

Perdido stay

Had family stay, enjoyed the house very much. The convenience of pulling our boat to the house was fantastic. Caught blue crab in the bayou, went out fishing on the gulf, short trip by car or boat to eat. Great place, thank you!

Very comfortable home in great location!

Completely renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home with large, fenced yard on a canal! Easy kayak to Garcon Bayou. Loved the comfortable beds and soft, reclining living room furniture. Many restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. Wonderful friendly neighborhood! Great hosts made our stay. Highly recommended.

Great place for boater/fisherman

This place was great for us. The hosts did a great job with the remodel and the dock/lift was perfect for our 20 foot boat. Check in was easy and the hosts were super helpful! The boat ramp is very close (walking distance). Two grocery stores within a mile and wal mart within 5 miles. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great, liked the gas stove and rannai heater. Enjoyed the screened in patio. Glad it had a fenced in yard for our dog. Beds are very comfortable. Great communication. Would recommend!

Brand new renovation- they did it right!

The house is completely remodeled, well appointed, and has everything that you need including a boat slip. We brought our boat and were able to use the dock for our stay, making it easy for fishing. It’s a pretty short trip to Perdido Bay, Pensacola Bay, and Gulf Shores! We went to all three! They really made it easy to chill and relax. There’s such a value here!

Peaceful!

This place is the most amazing place we have stayed! So convenient to everything! So quiet and peaceful! It has everything you need! 5 minutes to Johnson’s Beach! 5 minutes to Big Lagoon state park. Grocery store right down the street. Cvs right down the street. Fast food within 3 minutes. The house is so comfortable. We will definitely be back. Loved the house, yard and screened in patio.

Review

I would have raided it a five but it needed a couple of tweaks the grass needed cutting. No small boils to cook with hot water was lukewarm. Boatlift did not work properly.

Hi Kathy We did check the water temperature and it does not have a problem heating up. Also the boat lift worked and still works just fine. We made sure of this. I’m sorry you were not able to figure out how to use it, if you would have let me know you were having a problem I would have taken care of it or walked you through how to use it. I don’t recall you all bringing a boat in the first place but when we do have renters who do- we are always happy to help or answer any questions.
