Fantastic cozy place

This home was such an enjoyable place to stay and really close to the Mercedes Benz Stadium (you could walk), and close to other things to do in downtown ATL. Hope was very responsive messages and we were even able to check-in a little bit early. I would definitely stay here again! The home was beautiful, nicely remodeled too!

Never Went Inside

This home is in a bad area. We do didnt feel safe staying so we didn’t. I had conversation with the host prior to the dates of reservation. It seemed that she deliberately stalled her responses to get me past the cancel policy so they didn’t have to refund ANY of my booking. I ended up paying 100% of the booking and she would NOT work with me on that at all. So beware, this not a good host to work with.

Not a good neighborhood

We drove by the property and never got out of the vehicles. This was not a good neighborhood . I did all the research that I could before renting it. We had kids and pets. We did not feel safe with our kids and pets in this neighborhood. We were not informed until the day before we arrived that there was no driveway. You had to park on the street. There were 2 cars that were jacked up with tires missing on the street in front of the house. I have no clue how accurate the pictures of the inside were. The only outside picture was of the back yard. From what we could see it was not accurate.We rent at least once a year from VRBO and this worst that we have ever had. I would not recommend this property for a family.

We make a concerted effort to be transparent in our property descriptions, clearly stating the absence of a driveway and that there is only street parking for this home. Do not use this place.

Don't get me wrong, the house is beautiful but it needs a lot of things to be fixed. First of all, the ants in the kitchen were horrible. They got into everything, even the fridge. Who ever she gets to clean this home needs to get some lessons in cleaning. The closet in the master bedroom does not close. The dishes were dirty so I had to make sure that I washed every dish before using. The neighbor hood leaves a lot to be desired. The back yard was supposed to be totally fenced in but it was not. The fire pit was nice but where do you get the wood for it. The chairs around the firepit were worn out and was afraid to sit in them. We stayed for the 4 nights we were supposed to because I paid a lot for the place. We had no other choice because we spent all our money on the place. If I knew all this before booking, I would not have chosen this place. The only thing it had going for it is the fact that it was close to the places we had to go to. I am sorry but I do not think that if a family with children stayed her it would be bad as it has a glass dining table. The chairs are wobbly and it has a glass coffee table. There is not enough seating in the living room for more then 3 people. There is no place to put your things in either bathroom. My husband had to get his tools to fix the handle on the door in the master bedroom, it was falling off. I think that is about it but I am sorry for the terrible review but I expected more from a VRBO home.
