OUTSTANDING!!

Deanna was an amazing host. Responsive, friendly, and above & beyond with the local info making the trip run so smoothly. Property was clean with a great layout. The location was perfect ...so easy to get to both Snow Park Lodge Main Street. Loved the mountain views from the hot tub! High recommendations and would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent location and outstanding host

It was our first time skiing Deer Valley as a family. The host went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had a great time. We cooked a lot in the well-stocked kitchen. The location is so convenient for access to Snow Park Lodge. Everything was clean and cozy after a long day on the slopes!

Deer valley ski retreat

We had a great stay. The home was conveniently located right on the bus route. It was well stocked and had a great floor plan. The owner was very easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Deer Valley condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with super easy access to Now Park Lodge. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great views of the mountain from the hot tub.

Amazing Stay!

Perfect location, excellent stay

The condo was clean, comfortable and welcoming. My co-worker and I felt right at home. Bonus points: The free bus to Main Street stops right in front of the property, but you can also walk to Main Street if you want some fresh air. Additionally, we were in town for an event at The Lodges Deer Valley, which was no more than a 3 minute walk down the sidewalk. Excellent location all around.

Another great trip...

This is our favorite place to stay in Park City. D&P are always great hosts and you can't beat the location. Close to the Deer Valley base (by bus or walk) and easy to get to Main Street or Park City Mountain as well. We have stayed here for 3 years straight and looking forward to the next time.

Perfect!

Fabulous stay at this lovely Deer Valley condo. Deanna is a joy to work with and her condo is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a fantastic trip to Park City!

Wonderful property and attentive hosts!

We stayed here during a family ski trip to Park City. The condo was very convenient to all of the ski areas and Main Street. It only took us six minutes to get from the condo to the Mountain Village drop off. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our kids described their bed sheets as feeling like butter! The hot tub was also an added bonus! Our son loved watching the snow cats come down Deer Valley runs at night from the hot tub while we could still view the basketball games in the living room from the tub! The garage and storage bench in the entry way were very handy for storing ski belongings and for getting ready in the morning. Last, but certainly not least, the owner was incredibly attentive before and during our stay. She sent us a list of restaurants and recommended activities before we arrived; and sent an email with a weather alert during our stay. The owner of this property clearly takes great pride in the home and in being good hosts. I would not hesitate to return.

Best place in Park City

This is our second stay at Deanna and Peter’s place and it was great once again. The location is perfect for Deer Valley or Park City buses. The kids and I walked home from Deer Valley a couple of times just for the adventure. (It’s close.) The place is excellent. Deanna checked in on us throughout the trip (even while they were traveling out of the country) and everything in the place is great.

Great condo!

Condo was clean, updated, well equipped and very comfortable. Very convenient to Deer Valley base via free shuttle. Loved having our own hot tub on the deck. Owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this unit!

OUTSTANDING

The unit has been recently and heavily upgraded. Everything from the cutlery, to the appliances, to the basic stock foodstuffs was exceptional. The owners were readily available and heavily invested in the quality of our stay. Can't say enough about the unit or the experience. I've used a number of condos in the Deer Valley area over the last 20 years and this is clearly the best....we will be back.

Beautiful property! Excellent ski week

We stayed here the week before Christmas, and it was perfect! The property is clean and modern, and the kitchen is very well-appointed. We enjoyed the views of the Deer Valley slopes as we soaked in the large hot tub outside. Having a garage was awesome during snowstorms. The non-skiers in our party enjoyed the fireplace and cozy living room. This place has everything you need for a great ski vacation. The hosts communicated with us early and often, and even shared suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. We really appreciated the welcome gift and the warm hospitality. This is one of the best property rental experiences we have ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in an awesome location!

My family of 4 stayed at this condo on our recent trip to Deer Valley. My experience was similar to all the other reviews- Deanna was an incredible host. I received a personal email from her soon after I booked the condo thanking me for my booking. She kept in touch as my travel date approached. She was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The condo was fabulous- in excellent condition and so very cozy and comfortable. We went skiing in Deer Valley for four days and the condo is so close to Snow Park Lodge! Also convenient to downtown Park City. I loved sitting in the hot tub while enjoying the view and relaxing after a day of skiing.

Left a piece of my heart in Deer Valley

This was our first time in Deer Valley/Park City and we fell in love! Deanna and Peter made this trip even more spectacular. Everything and I mean everything you need the condo offers. It is spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was fabulous and we used it daily. The proximity of the condo to ski Deer Valley, the bus line to Main Street and Park City is phenomenal. We took a daily walk to Main Street and road the bus back. So easy to navigate the area. Our 16 year olds loved the independence of riding the bus to and from Park City. Deanna and Peter are our favorite VRBO hosts. We have rented many homes through VRBO and you cannot beat the communication that Deanna provides. The communication before we traveled and while we traveled was amazing. The condo is stocked with games and all Of the basic necessities. You need something, chances are you will find it in the condo. Deanna sent me activities for non skiers and also highlighted restaurants in the area. Her recommendations did not disappoint. Highly recommend renting this condo. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Deanna and Peter for Hosting our family this week and making our trip so special.

The perfect stay for skiing Deer Valley and fine dining in PC

The condo exceeded all expectations for our Mother Daughter ski trip. The bus stop was steps from our door. Less than 5 minutes to Deer Valley base and 5 minutes to charming Park City. We enjoyed the clean hot tub each day after skiing and wine on the porch with views of the slopes. Deana was so accommodating and the kitchen and baths were well appointed with everything we needed and more. Thank Deana for sharing your little slice of heaven.

Perfect place

We loved the place! It was perfect size and setup for us (2 adults, 3 kids), the location was great, the bus/walk was easy, large living room space and perfectly sized bedrooms. The hosts were excellent and checked on us repeatedly through our stay to make sure everything was going OK. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Awesome condo!

This condo was perfect! All the pictures listed are what you see when you arrive. The condo was very clean which I appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked along with some Miscellaneous pantry items. The owner, Deanna, was great at communicating with me From the start to when we checked out. The location is ideal- very close to deer valley and Main Street. The owner will give you plenty of dining recommendations as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We are Peter and Deanna, and we're into Chemistry, French, retirement, and our grandsons. We are hugely loyal fans of Deer Valley and take great pride in keeping our home guest-ready. We are personable owners with a fabulous product and we can talk up our condo all day....it's what our guests say about us and our property, though, that are most convincing. We've been owners in Deer Valley for 20 years and hope you'll soon become part of our family of guests.

We are simply crazy about Deer Valley / Park City. This is a year-round vacation ah-hh spot for our family that delivers the beauty, serenity, and variety of activities we want in a second home. It's so easy to get here from Salt Lake City - you just can't beat 3 lanes of freeway all the way up the mountain. You can breathe up here! Our lower base altitude lets you play hard during the day with no altitude headache in the evening.

Ski slopes to the left, amazing mountain town to the right, lakes and peaks all around, and extraordinary day drives. There's just never enough time to do all that Deer Valley and Park City offer.
Having a shuttle stop right across the street makes getting to Deer Valley's base and all things Park City so-o easy.
