Marchez jusqu'aux remontées mécaniques de Lower Deer Valley

Mon condominium Powder Run a récemment été rénové. L'intérieur bien aménagé a été mis à jour avec des comptoirs en granit et une cuisine gastronomique. Le condo est spacieux avec 1500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. J'ai une grande terrasse orientée au sud avec un bain à remous privé et une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski olympiques de Deer Valley. Détendez-vous dans la grande grande salle autour du magnifique foyer au bois en pierre et au gaz. Powder Run # B13 accueille les clients avec deux suites parentales king avec baignoires à jets et téléviseurs à écran plat HD dans les deux chambres.

Le condo est situé dans le bùtiment B à environ 50 mÚtres de Snow Park Lodge à la station de ski de Deer Valley.

The ski condo was great! Very spacious, and closer to the slopes than we anticipated. An easy walk, particularly with the slope-side ski storage offered by Deer Valley.

This place is perfect place to stay on a ski vacation. The location is amazing, the condo has a spacious layout and includes everything you could possibly need. The owner and property manager reposed promptly and are extremely helpful. I hope the allow us to stay at this property again next year!

A great condo for deer Valley skiing! About a five minute walk to the main base of Deer Valley (closer than most of the parking lots for day skiers). DeAnna is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great location; Fell short on details

Terrific location just two doors down from the St. Regis. Literally walk across the street to the Deer Valley Resort lift. The outside of the property was very nice. Prior to our arrival we were given access codes to get into the building. Unfortunately, the codes didn’t work and we later learned had expired 3 weeks prior. Thus, within our first few minutes of arriving we were already having to call maintenance to let us in - not a great first impression. Maintenance didn't even have all of the correct codes which was a bit frustrating. As well, after a long day of skiing we simply wanted to turn on the tv to get the news. Apparently the prior guests had used the BlueRay player and hadn’t switched the cords back. This led us to having us reach out to the owner to rectify. It would have been helpful to have a welcome letter/instruction guide on how to resolve such issues including what to do with trash, tv, local bus, trolley schedules (our 3rd time in Park City but first at Deer Valley Resort and a reminder would have been helpful). For a stay with 5 people for six nights it would have been helpful to have access to more than just two tiny bottles of shampoo, more than one roll of paper towels and the ability to use a broom and dust pan. It felt as though there wasn’t any checks and balances for the unit as we found several lightbulbs out, old screws laying around, toilets that were difficult to flush and broken/cracked outlets which just didn’t seem safe/up to code.

Lovely property right on the mountain

Fantastic place to stay for DV skiing. Just an 8 minute walk (in boots!) to the lift. The apartment was clean and huge. The property fell short of excellent in a few ways for example not including fire starters or kindling or the cumbersome way to remove the jacuzzi cover. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Great Location

We had a wonderful family visit to Deer Valley and would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The location cannot be beat as the walk to the lodge is shorter than many of the premium parking spots (we did it comfortably in ski boots) and the buses into town are easily accessible. The owner was very generous and helpful in dealing with some scheduling challenges which really helped us out and was much appreciated..

Loved Our Stay!

We loved our stay at Deanna's property! The condo is spacious and open with two king suites. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of lower Deer Valley at the base of Snow Park. Such a beautiful summer setting that offers easy access to hiking, enjoying Deer Valley Lake, taking the free 5 minute bus ride to Main Street, Deer Valley concerts, and much more. Deanna was always responsive and helpful. Maintenance is excellent as well. We would definitely return!

Perfect location

You can not beat this location if you’re skiing Deer Valley. Easy walk to lift and ski rental. The condo was clean and ready to go when we arrived. We will def be back.

Long Weekend Ski Vacation

My two teenage daughters and I had a wonderful stay. This was a perfect location for a quick ski trip as it is walking distance to the lifts. The place is clean and roomy and the hot tub was a pleasure after a long day of skiing!

My family and I love to ski. We ski many Utah ski resorts, but Deer Valley has be our very favorite. When shopping for condominiums in Park City, I fell in love with the Powder Run Condominiums. The units are large, 1500 sq. Feet. The two bedrooms are equal in size making two master bedrooms. I bought the unit before the Utah Olympics in 2002 and have completely up graded the unit.

My condominium is next to Snow Park Lodge, about 50 feet from the ski lifts. You will actually be closer than parking in Deer Valley's parking lot. You will be very close to down town Park City and on the free bus route.
