Good instructions for check in. Clean property with comfortable beds. A few surprises from listing. We were thrilled to see a property with a fireplace but upon arrival, we found a sticker on it that said we could not use. Pretty disappointing feature that should’ve been clearly stated in listing. Kitchen glasses, coffee mugs & bath towels insufficient for 6 people. Just one tall glass, 3 wine, 4 short, 4 coffee mugs. A garage door opener would be nice. We stay rentals around the globe and have not experienced a garage with no opener. There is usually a very high fee if you forget to leave it behind at check out, which is just fine. Fridge water filter needs replacement so each time you use water from fridge door, it rings for a bit after.

Kitchen was fully equipped. House was so clean very nice property manager and answered any question you had we really enjoyed our stay we are from Peoria and when we go back from time to time to visit, family it’s nice to be in a place that is comfortable in this place was just that thank you so much, Brandon. We enjoyed and hope when we visit we can Get your property again.

We stayed at this property for a short girls getaway and to attend an event at the civic center. The interior was amazing! The house was spotless and the decor was warm and inviting. It was the kind of place that makes you sad to have to leave because it just feels so cozy and relaxing. The host responded almost immediately with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Girl's Weekend

My friends & I were in town for Writers on the River & decided to do a Girl's Weekend. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was great and we loved the deck! We hope to stay again next year.

Bradley Graduation

A group of five adults stayed together at this home last weekend. We were in town for my son's graduation from Bradley, and it was perfect. Sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and the location was wonderful. It was very easy to get to Bradley's campus, as well as many local Peoria restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend the property to anyone visiting Bradley or Peoria.

We came out for a softball tournament w 3 players and 3 Mom’s. This will be a yearly event. We loved this house so much!! Thank you for having us!! Place was amazingly clean and homey!! We hope to stay here again.
