Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Bienvenue dans notre charmant bungalow avec deux chambres et une salle de bain situé littéralement à quelques pas de tous les fabuleux restaurants et magasins de N. Prospect dans les hauteurs de Peoria. Nous sommes également situés à seulement 5 minutes de l'US Route 150 et de l'Interstate 74 et à 10 minutes du centre-ville de Peoria. Si vous voulez être au centre de tout, réservez votre séjour ici!
Nous avons créé un chez-soi pour notre famille et nos amis et l’étendons à vous! Chaque chambre dispose d'un grand lit avec une literie de designer. En plus de cela, il y a un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon si nécessaire. Notre cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour court ou prolongé, y compris une laveuse / sécheuse, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes. Nous avons également une machine à café Keurig avec les accessoires nécessaires pour une tasse de café ou de thé fraîchement préparée. Pendant votre séjour, vous pourrez vous asseoir dehors sur notre charmant porche couvert et vous détendre et profiter de l'ambiance du charmant quartier. Nous avons un emplacement de stationnement pratique dans notre allée et de nombreuses places de stationnement supplémentaires dans la rue.

Histoire de notre rue: Duryea Avenue a été nommée en l'honneur de Charles Duryea, qui a conçu la première automobile à essence américaine. Les ennuis de Duryea ont remporté la première course automobile de l’Amérique avec leur voiture en 1895. Peu de temps après, en 1898, Charles Duryea incorpora Duryea Manufacturing Co. à Peoria Heights, et l'un de ses premiers véhicules est exposé au Peoria Riverfront Museum, au centre-ville de Peoria.

We liked the convenience of how close restaurants were and really enjoyed Tower Park and the nature center to go hiking. I really liked just sitting on the front porch and having coffee in the morning.

This is the cutest little house in the perfect location! So many adorable shops and restaurant/bars within walking distance. Home is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Highly recommend!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

What a great place to meet up with a girlfriend for the weekend! We walked up to Prospect to lunch and then walked up there again later for dinner at Joe’s. So close even on a freezing cold February weekend! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed the location-all the restaurants and shops just up the street. The walk along Grandview Drive is not to be missed. Just a few blocks away! The house was cute and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you Ashley.

I had no idea what the area was like, I wish we were there longer. Very nice restaurants and shops all just steps away. The house was clean, and cozy and had everything that was needed. Perfect!

If you want to enjoy the nightlife scene and wonderful restaurants less than a block from the house, this is the place to stay. Location is close to so many wonderful adventures. Communications with Ashley were exceptional. Worked well for our needs.

Walkable and cozy

My friend and I enjoyed our getaway weekend together. We didn't drive our cars all weekend and loved the walkability of the shops, restaurants, trails, coffee shop, and bakery. The house was cozy and warm, and it seemed like a very safe area for two females. It was a fun and relaxing getaway! We'd stay here again.

I love old houses: they are always so unique and special and this one was no exception. It was compact, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week long stay. All the basics and then some were there, the bedding and towels were excellent, and the spaces were well laid out. The beds were very easy to fall asleep in. (The footboards do limit size for taller people.) Ashley was great to work with and prompt answering questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to everything!

We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it

A weekend in Peoria

The house is a block off Main Street but quiet. The Main Street has several fun and good restaurants. The house is dated but very clean and has basics of everything needed. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Good air conditioning and heat. Pleasant stay

Comfy getaway in the Heights

This is our 2nd time to rent this house and it was just as great as the first time. The house is very clean and stocked with anything you might need. It's within easy walking distance to great restaurants and a good location overall. Ashley is awesome to work with and always helpful. We would definitely rent this home again.

Quaint and quiet

Staying in the area for a business conference, Ashley’s little house gave me a place to stay away from the hubbub of a hotel. The house was clean and just as cute as the photos represent. Off street parking was nice, too. The best feature of the house though was the beds! So comfortable I didn’t want to get up! I highly recommend this property.

The Best!

Everything I wanted and more. I was in Peoria for my 55th high school reunion. This Beautiful Bungalow was walking distance to several excellent restaurants. And easy driving distance to all Reunion Events. The Host was very helpful and friendly. What could be better?
