The house was so comfortable and cozy, loved the craftsman details. My dog especially liked the fenced in yard. I immediately felt at home in this property thank you for all of the details that helped with that. Dinner at the Velvet Buffalo was amazing too.

Very nice day. House was very clean and roomy. Could use two full bathrooms though. Well provision kitchen in amenities. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Absolutely stunning house! It was such a treat to be welcomed into such a beautiful space with all the immaculate wood moldings and trim etc! It was so clean and comfortable!

Perfect Accommodation for family

We had 3 generations staying here for a wedding at The Pavilion including the bride and groom and their 2 year old son. It was close to the venue, very family friendly and had everything we needed. It was cozy and quaint, we felt like we were staying at a family's house. Even after the event, there were many late night food options close by. The room with the king bed was perfect for the bride and groom, the queen room was great for another couple. The twin room was very comfortable for the 50 year old parents of the bride, would have loved another queen but worked fine. The usb ports in the plug in didn't work so bring a brick in case. The pull out sofa bed was in the playroom and we used it for the 2 year old and he slept great. He loved the toys and tv. Only suggestion I would say is make the living room couch a pull out bed as well, we ended up having a single guest sleep on it only so the 2 year old could have his own room for the bride and grooms sanity. We would definitely book this home again. Nice place for a group to hang out. OK I do have 1 more suggestion lol, a kuerig that makes a single cup and a carafe would be great for groups that have 1 or 2 coffee drinkers or that want that pot of coffee. The coffee maker is super slow.. funny slow. We made it work fine though, no big deal, I think it took about 45 mins to brew 12 cups Good thing only 2 of us were drinking coffee. Overall this was a perfect vrbo for us, very comfortable.

Highly recommend this property for your South Beloit visit! Clean, well appointed for all your needs, comfortable furniture, Midwest approved central air and centrally located to so much. Stayed the first week in August with a total of 4 adults, 3 young boys and a nine month old Doberman puppy and we were all comfortable with our own space and the fenced yard made it perfect for us adults. Quiet neighborhood which was great for morning dog walks, for the kids and dog walking distance to the town park and Dari Ripple ice cream stand was a perfect activity. We were able to get a family member to babysit for the evening and took a short walk to Rusty Wheel for the adults night out. Just a 7 minute drive to Walmart or Aldi to get any groceries and odd and ends you forgot to pack. Host Anthony is very responsive to all of my questions leading up to or during our stay. We even had a few boys will be boys rough housing moments that broke two items and I wasn't sure how it would go, after sending Anthony a message the morning of our check out to let him know he was quite understanding and I appreciated his response. We visit family out in Beloit every 3-5 years and I hope this property is still there for our next trip.

Lovely House Near Fun Activities

We had a great time and felt very comfortable in this home that had everything we needed and more. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and visiting the river just a short walk away.

Quick family trip to Chicago

Home was what was represented. Older home very homey and comfortable. Was great for 5 of us. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Chicago neighborhood we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again. Has a bit of a time getting the door to open. Thank you!

Great House

The house was perfect for our quick weekend in South Beloit. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was easy to find. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions.

Beautifully restored, super cute, cozy house

We loved our stay here for a week. House is beautifully renovated and comfortable, perfect for a couple with an occasional overnight guest. Very clean, plenty of towels, and comfortable soft sheets. WiFi and Roku tv worked flawlessly. Great and fast owner response. Several awesome food options nearby. Very quiet neighborhood.

This is a Lovely House- thumbs up!

This is one of my favorite rentals we have stayed in. Perfect for me and my husband, visiting family. The inside of the house is so nicely furnished. It's an older home, with lovely old wood floors, very smartly renovated. The upstairs is so cozy, with a little nook with a tv and toys and books and games for kids, but perfect to just sit in. Full length mirrors so you can check your outfit. Very thoughtful for dog owners as well, we brought our dog dishes, but if you forgot they have them. Also sweet touches like brand new extra toothbrushes if you forgot yours. It was just overall so peaceful, and cozy for our winter holiday stay. I think the owner put real thought into this place.

Holiday Visit

Rockford is my hometown. Always had to rent multiple hotel rooms to accommodate my family. This year, we found this gem. We have rented VRBOs in multiple states and countries and this is one of the best VRBOs. The owner took great care in making sure the property is safe and all the amenities that a guest would need on a trip. Next time we return, this will be our go to place.

Nice craftsman home

Nice craftsman style home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has nice amenities, enough to cook and eat at the house. We appreciated the hair dryer and iron. The backyard was nice to hang out in as was the front covered porch. My only complaint is the king bed was squeaky and woke us up a few times in the night when we tossed and turned.

Wonderful Place and Hospitality in the Beloit Area

I visited my daughter at Beloit College and worked remotely from Tony's place in South Beloit. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish!. I was able to host a small dinner party for my daughter and a few of her freshman friends during my visit. The kitchen was perfect for food preparation and everyone enjoyed the dining room and living room for relaxing after dinner. The environment in the house was excellent for working remotely - a strong internet connection, and being able to take calls in the front patio, dinning room, and back yard made it a pleasant work-week. Overall I highly recommend both the property and the host!

Perfect visit!

We stayed for 4 days to visit my brother who lives in South Beloit. The house was clean, had so much charm, and the hosts provided laundry machines, a high chair, and a baby gate which really helped us out with our 2 year old staying with us. Loved the house, the neighborhood and the location was central to so many things we wanted to do which made our visit perfect :)
