Dear Guest,

Welcome to our home. We hope you will have a very enjoyable stay. The details below will help you make the most out of your stay. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy our home as much as we do.

★ No Smoking

Vaping or smoking of any type is strictly prohibited, no exceptions!!!. Violating this rule may incur a cleaning fee of up to $750.

★ Pets

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the basic cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements.
To avoid additional cleaning fees,
Please do not allow your pet over the furniture.

★ No Parties/Large Gatherings

We hope you use and love our home, but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
Any non registered guests will be asked to leave.

★ Trash

Brown bins are for regular waste, Green bins are for recycling items.
Brown bins are collected every week between Friday-Sunday,
Please push the brown bin every Thursday evening to the street.
Green bins are being collected every other week. (Tip: you can follow the neighbors to see if it is recycling week).
If more than one bin is out Please make sure to place them at least 3 ft or more from each other.

★ Noise Level Monitoring

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
Please be mindful of guests and neighbors. Quiet time is from 9PM till 8AM.

★ Keys

Additional keys are available upon request, Please let us know if you need them.
All given keys must be returned to us upon check out, There will be a $50 fee for lost keys.
In case you lost/misplaced the keys during your stay, There will be a $125 fee for someone to come over and open the door for you.


★ Check out

Check out time is 10AM. Late checkouts may be available upon request, Please check with us at least 24 hours prior to your check out day.
If available, late checkouts are at a flat rate of $100 until 12pm.
