The open-concept layout in this three-bedroom home includes design features like accent walls , modern wall arts and a fully designed artificial turf backyard with a jacuzzi, multi outdoor seatings and a daybed. This Cosy Oasis of fun is located approximately 8mins from downtown,medical centre,NRG and lots of Houston attractions. Come and experience luxuriously decorated relaxation haven. Relaxation awaits you! Open concept home with kitchen, Dinning and living room all in same space. Bedrooms are all upstairs with ensuit bathrooms and a guest bathroom downstairs.
All you need for an amazing stay home away from home is provided. Linens and bath essentials are all available. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen, panty with snacks and condiments , disposables as well. The garage is also finished and furnished with a pool table for more fun.

Thank you ma’am for your stay and your review. We apologize you felt rushed out of the property. Your checkout time was 11am and we have you till 11:15am before we approached the property to start doing the necessary checks before the cleaning crew arrived. Your guests were still in rooms. That wasn’t right. We get billed for cleaning by the hour and we had guests checking in that same day by 2pm. It will be very unprofessional for us to not have the home ready for them by the time that had arrived. Imagine it was you checking in and the home wasn’t ready. It hurts to loose a star for such after all the effort we put to make your stay and your son’s birthday a pleasant one (despite the fact he disrespected our property) We hope to do better.

Our stay was wonderful as the host was always able to respond quickly and the listing was accurate to the pictures. The only thing is the location as southeast Houston is not as safe as other locations however you can always check location before booking.

My friend and I were looking to throw a nice get together party with all our friends to celebrate our recent birthday, and this place was perfect. It has many different useful spaces ranging from a nice outdoor area, to a garage that is well set up to be a space for entertainment. Stella, the host, was great! She always responded quickly and we were able to discuss what exactly was happening through out the entire time.

Great place for a party! Not lot of rentals allow for that, so we were grateful to secure a place. We enjoyed the home and amenities. Things to consider: the house has three bedrooms, and the couches are too small to stretch out on. The air mattresses were hit and miss so you may want to bring your own if you plan on sleeping more people comfortably. Extra rules come after you sign the contract. Specifically, quiet hours after 10pm. Since it is non-refundable, these rules should be disclosed up front. Request a complete list of rules so you’re not caught off guard. I’m sure it’s difficult to maintain good relations with neighbors and people who rent are not always respectful so these rules are intended to balance the interests of the host, guests, and neighbors.

Hello Teri Thank you for your detailed review. About the house rules, we have seen enough damage to our property, that’s why we have to set aside these rules to protect our home and make it clear it’s not available for crazy parties. We allow very specific gatherings and made the house beautiful to be enjoyed not destroyed. We do apologize for the couches. We will look to improve. There are TVs in the bedroom to compensate on lounge time. Apologies for the air mattresses, we will look into replacements. We made 8 available and is enough alongside the beds for 12 guests sleeping overnight. Our 10pm quiet hours is listed in the property description and rules before you book the home, we just lay emphasis again for it to be taken seriously. Thank you for booking with us and we hope to host you again.

This home was decorated beautifully! Smelled really really good! The home owner provided essential supplies for any situation you could possibly think of! Communication with the property owner was quick and efficient every time! The back yard furniture was beautiful and hot tub was easy to work. Rules and regulations made sense!
