Upgrade on linen would be nice. Extra linens, towels, wash clothes…would also be nice. Our bed sheet has a tear and they were very cheap and worn.

The property and location was nice and perfect for the pickleball camp we attended. The host was responsive and sent a cleaning person after we texted him that the unit was not really cleaned. A person came within the day and cleaned behind the bed and provided new bath mats.

Wonderful Getaway!

We were looking for a spot to get together with family, bask in some warm sun, and play a round of golf. This place fit our needs perfectly. Check in was smooth, John was available to help us find it and show us around. The home was comfortable and clean, with room for all of us. Pools galore in the neighborhood and we easily booked a tee time. There was a grocery store nearby to stock up on essentials. We had a great time!

We enjoyed having having David and his wife and relative stat with us. Unfortunately our housekeeper's father had a medical emergency - and her cellphone battery had exhausted and wasn't able to communicate with our property manager. We tried to get a backup crew there but given the time we could not until the next day and we placed the guests in two resort hotel rooms at the Hyatt that evening and the unit was available the next day. From that day there appeared to be no other issues and the guest seemed to be pleased.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo is nicely appointed with views to the pond with the wildlife of ducks & geese. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, but unfortunately, we couldn't get the overhead fan to work. We tried various multiple combinations on the switch with the pull cord to no avail. Additional fans are available, but they are too large and noisy for use at night. I hope they add a mattress topper on the 2nd queen bedroom to make it as comfortable as the King bed in the master bdrm. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking for breakfast but could use a few more updated pots so dinner could be accomplished if wanted. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this unit right by the pond. The condo is very comfortable and restful. Security deposit was refunded. Glad that we stayed here.
