Check out the fun kitchen with new cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Nice breakfast bar too! Big ''almost'' walk in pantry gives you plenty of storage. A wine fridge is included. There are lots of built-in cabinets throughout the unit and a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. The large primary bedroom has a slider to access the covered patio which runs the width of the condo. More storage and an ensuite bath with shower complete the primary suite. The unit features high ceilings throughout and a front patio with plenty of room. A large pool with an astonishing view is located just across the street. Desert Princess is a full service country club offering year round access to every resort amenity you can think of from fitness and sports courts to a spa tennis, walking trails, high end hotel on property, clubhouse, group activities, dining it is all here! Of course you can also enjoy a reasonable golf game on the championship 27 hole course. It's all here in one convenient package for you.
