Welcome to Park Place IV, this stunning 3 bedroom and 3 and a half bathroom apartment spans over 1,100 sq ft and is immediately adjacent to Stuyvesant Square Park, and features immaculate renovation with luxurious finishes throughout, delivering space, comfort, and convenience in a prime Gramercy Park location. Enjoy ultimate privacy as access is via a keyed elevator for direct access to the apartment.
On entering from the private elevator entry, youâre greeted with airy and bright sun-filled rooms. Enjoy unobstructed views and the scenery with a spacious dining, living and kitchen area that is ideal for entertaining. Each of the 3 bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and enjoy natural light throughout the day and there is generous storage and closet space throughout the apartment, including en suite laundry and a powder room which is convenient for guests to your home.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Situated on a beautiful tree-lined block, this rare find offers the best of New York City only a few steps from your front door. Take your pick from Zagat-rated restaurants, neighborhood bars, entertainment spots and convenience stores all with a block of your home. Eat fresh from the farmerâs market at Union Square or grocery shop at the many supermarkets in the area, including Whole Foods and Trader Joeâs. Travel is made easy with multiple train stations and bus routes within a 2 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
