Welcome to Gardenstone, a exquisitely designed duplex garden apartment, nestled within a charming townhouse in the heart of the city. This residence features a private, beautifully landscaped patio complete with outdoor furnishings, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. This newly-renovated home boasts a chefâs kitchen, striking exposed brick walls, and expansive glass panels that provide seamless views of the lush patio. An outdoor cooking area further enhances the inviting atmosphere, while the interior comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Additionally, there is a media room downstairs convertible into the third bedroom with a queen-sized sofa bed, and another room which includes a Peloton bike and a workstation. Situated near major transportation hubs and exceptional dining options, this property offers the ideal balance of luxury and convenience.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Fashionable restaurants draw affluent crowds, and historic bars host a buzzy after-work scene. Stylish hotels dot the area. Irving Plaza, a concert venue, features an eclectic line-up of bands. At the areaâs center is a private, gated park, from which the neighborhood takes its name.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one monthâs rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
