Bonjour à tous ! Je suis ravie de vous accueillir chez moi ! Cet appartement situé à Manhattan est idéal pour les groupes ou les familles en visite à New York. Il se trouve à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la ligne de métro express (2) (3), qui vous mènera à Times Square, Central Park et à de nombreux autres sites incontournables en 20 minutes ou moins. We had a group of 5 adults and this was an ideal place for all that our group had planned for the few days we were in town. Check-in was easy and the host provided clear accurate instructions on how to access the property. We also inquired about the best mode of public transit to get there and again, the info provided was in point. We would absolutely stay here again. It's close to walkable areas and access to busses or the subway are very close.

Our group had a great stay in NY with Ethan. There was some communication issues through the app but we were able to get them sorted without much delay. Ethan was very accommodating for us as well which was very nice. I would absolutely stay here again and there’s tons of shopping and restaurants near by and very close to the subway!! We had no issues getting around. We will be back! Definitely stay here if you can!

Our stay was perfect. The apt was very cozy for the 4 of us ladies. Each having our own rooms was a bonus, and two full bathrooms. Our host gave great advice on places to eat in the neighborhood. We Loved all the recommendations. Ethan was also super easy to communicate with.He even let us bring our luggage early and asked how we were doing during the stay and brought us toilet paper. Would recommend if looking for a stay in Harlem!

Great communication with the owner. The apartment however, is just the bare minimum, but relatively clean. We felt like we were staying in college housing with only coffee mugs for drink ware; nonfunctional soap dispensers in the bathroom and no amenities like kcups, toiletries or lamps in the bedrooms; and no tv in the living room. Decent location near the subway with street parking.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of room for everyone and 2 bathrooms was a huge bonus! 5 minute walk to the subway was super convenient to get into Manhattan and elsewhere. Ethan was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Our group of two adults and five 17-year-olds, all women, stayed here for the weekend. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very close to the subway, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores.Each bedroom had A/C. The front bedroom didn't cool as well, but the provided box fan helped. Beds and bedding were comfortable, although the pillows were flat. The kitchen had basic dishes, utensils, and cookware. We also appreciated the hassle-free checkout with nothing required of us before leaving.Amenities were minimal. There were no paper towels, one towel and washcloth per person, hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner. One of the bedrooms has a door that appears in the listing photos to lead to a courtyard that was overgrown and not usable.Our main concern was safety of the immediate area. The interior entry door had a broken slide latch and did not lock, which made us uncomfortable. We also didn't feel comfortable returning at night. People regularly sat on the porch late into the evening, which made some in our group uneasy. Nothing happened and no one bothered us, but it's worth mentioning for other families or groups traveling with teens.Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious, convenient to the subway, and Ethan was an excellent host, very responsive and great to work with.

This stay was absolutely perfect. The host made sure everything was prepped and cleaned before we arrived. The space was exactly as advertised. During our stay, the host was responsive to any and everything we needed. I highly recommend choosing this place if you are visiting the city as it is not far from the train and in a quiet place. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We did not have AC but didnt need it. Not alot of extras, blankets etc. Since AC didnt work neither did heaters. So it did get cold. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. Lots of noise from neighbors, but they are only blocked by a piece of plywood, and the basement entrance is really loud with a metal door and people. The area is typical NY, seemed safe and had good food near by. (Sylvia's)Subway is a 10min walk.

It was a good location, comfortable, and the host was very attentive. You can tell they have done remodeling. Unfortunately, the adjacent apartment was noisy and smoked and it permeated our VRBO. Even after the host asked them to stop. They continued.

Family trip to NYC

We really enjoyed or stay! It is close to subway, restaurants and market. With the size of group it was roomy enough for all 7 of us, one of the only properties in our price range with 2 bathrooms. Bonus: several full size mirrors outside of the bathroom! Communication with our host was top notch.

Excellent place!

11 of us were able to fit pretty comfortably in this apartment! It’s so close to many things including Sylvia’s! The host, Ethan, was very very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to drop off our bags early. I would recommend!

Spacious house for 5-6 people

House is spacious, 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights. Keep in mind that it is very basic though - no amenities, I had to ask for shampoo, toilet paper etc. ACs in the bedrooms worked, but kitchen and living rooms were warm. It wasn’t too bad, as we kept the bedroom doors opened. Host is easy to communicate and they promptly soap/shampoo/toilet paper when I asked.
