Previous guests say this charming condo is in the PERFECT spot! Beachfront and walking distance to restaurants and shops! Dip your toes in the gorgeous white sand of St Pete Beach or enjoy our heated pool! Nice relaxing atmosphere, yet close to everything! Quiet unit with no guests above you!

Fun Surfer themed condo with surf boards on the walls and a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. Newer updated bathroom. Primary bedroom with king bed, views of the gulf and amazing sunsets! The living room has the same beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has Queen bed. All 3 rooms have a TV.
4 people maximum occupancy.

The property was in a perfect place, and the condo was perfectand so cute, erverything was there and was super clean and comfy! Elise was a great host and stayed in contact with me the entire time. She even let us check in early. I hope we can stay in the future!

We had the best time at the condo! It was the cleanest condo I have ever rented and had everything we needed! The location was perfect and literally a two minute walk to the beach! You could watch the beautiful sunsets from the condo! Elise was an excellent communicator and very helpful! Thank you for everything!

Everything was great. The condo had everything we needed, the pool was great, the beach is beautiful, parking was easy and there were good food choices within walking distance and grocery stores less than ten minutes away.

The pictures of this property does not do it justice! This condo was pristine. Towels were fresh and smelled good. Dust free, and very spacious! Also, when you look on the map, the beach looks farther away from the property than it really is. Saint Pete Beach is a wide beach, but there’s plenty of places to stop if you’re walking the beach, which we did from our place all the way to Pass-a-Grill!

It was an amazing property that could not be closer to the beach. It was clean, modern but still funky hip vibe. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. You could stay here a week and not need a car. It is on the third floor, no elevator. I did get a parking ticket for backing in, but this was my fault as there is signage I didn't see at first. Owners were kind and very responsive. The pool was never crowded. We would get virgnin pina coladas across the street and sit by the pool after hours on the beach- we needed nothing. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything was provided. We truly can not wait to find many more reasons just to come and stay here to relax and unwind! One of my favorties to date.

Great place to stay

What a great place. Lots of extras inside that we weren’t told about that made the stay even better. The only thing for future renters is there are 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but they might be to some people.

Awesome location super host!

Loved this place. Steps to the beautiful Upham beach Super close to some fun restaurants/bars.Unit is clean and comfortable. Just know it’s a third floor walk up. Building, pool, & grounds are well maintained. Cool AC. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and even some beach toys for kids Great communication - check in/out was a breeze It was a perfect stay and will definitely Hope it’s available on my next St Pete trip
