CONDO DIRECT BEACH FRONT SUR BEAU ST. PETE BEACH, PISCINE, VOLLEYBALL!

Ce spacieux studio situé en front de plage comprend un lit Murphy confortable et un tout nouveau lit queen-size avec un canapé-lit avec mousse à mémoire de forme et un nouveau fauteuil inclinable. Il y a un balcon où vous pourrez admirer de magnifiques couchers de soleil et une piscine creusée chauffée. Il s’agit d’un immeuble de deux étages dont le condo est situé au 2e étage. Nous sommes à quelques pas du paradis Grill et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et bars de plage fantastiques. Il y a beach-volley juste quelques secondes de marche de la copropriété. Ce condo est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de tout ce que St Pete Beach a à offrir plage, piscine, volley-ball, shuffle board, restaurants, bars, shopping et bien plus encore.

The property was clean but extremely dated and small. Entryways to property, stairwell, carpet was dirty and nasty and unacceptable for the price we paid.

the pictures of the unit is 100% accurate. We are a beach property and if there was sand on the exterior carpet leading up to the unit i wish you would have told the onsite property manager and they would have cleaned it up immediately

The host was not aware of the conditions of the property. Luckily enough once the host heard that we were dissatisfied and found a different property he was willing to issue a full refund.

there was some construction going on at the gulf winds complex NOT in our unit the guest complained about the noise and we immediately had the management company find them another property and we refunded their money 100% the customer service performed by management was spectacular a one star review is not just nor fair

Excellent location! Lovely pool!

We enjoyed our stay - the property was accurately described. Quick steps to Upham Beach and the beach grill for a drink and food. Pool was great! Cute balcony to have morning coffee and late evening fresh air.

Beach heaven

It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome.

Great value St Pete beach stay

There was construction starting at 800am on the first morning of my stay, but the staff were very nice and the property was everything you need in a beach condo right, across from the beach. Couldn't be beat for the price.

We were very fortunate that our condo on the 2nd floor was not impacted by the hurricanes. The pool , beach and all other amenities are all up and running and the complex is back in action! thank you for your review and staying with us
